4 Zevoli Consulting is an advisory & project management company with a main focus on BEE and Enterprise & Supplier Development Zevoli Consulting is a black woman owned company founded by executive shareholders Hepsy Mkhungo and Mpopi Moloi- Khupe Zevoli s main activity is to support clients to achieve their Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) and economic development mandates as articulated in various complementary legislations and policy statements particularly Enterprise & Supplier Development (ESD) Hepsy and Mpopi have 27 years collective experience in the economic development space both as seasoned practitioners as well as 6 years experience as consultants in the same field The practitioner experience include strategic, operational and continuous improvement accountability in the same field for companies such as SABMiller, ABI, Accenture SA, Absa, Standard Bank, Financial Sector Charter Council and Empowerdex The consulting experience include the development, assessment and critical analysis of economic development policies, strategies, plans and procedures to ensure objectives are interpreted and implemented correctly to derive measurable and sustainable value for both the company and the intended beneficiaries We have achieved success in guiding numerous companies to achieve their intended objectives through variety of our services for companies such as Liberty Life, Standard Bank, Forestry Sector Charter, the DTI, Identity Partners and Melinda Gates Foundation Page 4

Mpopi s consulting competence can be demonstrated through the ability to successfully combine technical knowledge and project management skills to positively contribute to the achievement of a level 2 rating for one of the financial institutions Hepsy experience included guiding and re-positioning SABMiller as a benchmark in the industry as the accountable executive tasked with influencing excellence across all dimensions in implementing economic development in areas such as strategy, operations, governance, business model design, organisational structure and performance measurement for all ED programs including SAB Kickstart and the SAB Foundation This particular experience resulted in SABMiller being showcased as a best practice by Business Fights Poverty & Harvard Business School Review as well as being recognised by UN MDG Review committee. The strategies have since been replicated at global level. Over and above the team has excellent research and analytical skills demonstrated in the assigment completed for the Melinda Gates Foundation and the Forestry Sector Charter The experience ranges to fiduciary responsibilities such as being appointed as Trustees for the SAB Foundation for 4 years and a recent board appointment for the Free State Development Corporation The partners have provided thought leadership at various economic development media platforms both locally and globally Page 5
