He has been instrumental in facilitating ICT development in underserviced South African areas. He served as the CSI and Stakeholder Management consultant at Fibreco and is the founder of Tialo Trading CC and a managing member in Imax Wireless with in-house expertise and area specialist partnership network that offers a full range of B2B strategic services. Tsholo Sehume (COO) An emerging RSA born entrepreneur. He is a founder and managing member at Maru Telecoms (Pty) Ltd and Strategex Africa. By harnessing effective collaboration over the years, Tsholo has built a successful track record that can be depended on to develop ground-breaking business models.

5 RESPONDING TO BUSINESS & MARKET PRESSURES Strategex understands that Government & Private Sector businesses seek to address the growing need to create Historically Disadvantaged Individual (HDI) owned Small Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs) of substance within the ICT sector and also develop Partners for Industry s Distribution Chanel. The importance of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) in addressing past economic injustices allows for a direct intervention in the future success of HDI owned companies.
