It is an excellent programme and I really liked the idea of giving it a go. I attend college once a week to learn new spraying techniques, which we can then reinforce at Bentley in Crewe. It s really good to see how the valuable skills we develop at college are easily transferred when we are in the workplace. The Apprenticeship scheme has not only helped me gain vital qualifications, but gain knowledge of a variety of different processes that I can take with me in my career. The skills I ve gained can be applied to a variety of roles moving forwards. haven t looked back since. It s a really diverse role and working for a publishing company is quite different. No two days are the same and I work across a massive spectrum. As well as dealing with the usual invoices, I am very involved in budgeting. I ve managed to bring quite a few cost savings ideas to the business which I am very proud of. I have really enjoyed being an Apprentice it has been the best thing I ve done.
