8 Environmental and quality controls Our care for the way we do things means we strive for the perfect balance of ultimate clean and environmental responsibility. We choose environmentallyfriendly detergents and chemicals to achieve optimum laundry results without leaving harsh residues in fabric. Our advanced equipment also minimises the quantities of detergent used and gives consistently clean, fresh, bright results. The introduction of Lean processing systems in 2012 has reduced our waste and improved energy efficiency. We also have comprehensive policies for safe work procedures, handling of hazardous materials, chemical storage and waste disposal. Our item tracking and quality inspections mean your linen or uniforms are carefully monitored through our system.
