2 and comprehensive benefit plan. For more information about us, visit Job Description We are looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, fast-paced packing and shipping technician to join our team. In this position, you will be working with the Director of Operations to ensure the right medications are put in the right divvypacks, working directly with the robotic machinery, and transitioning divvypacks through the different workflow stages from initial dispense through quality control. You will aid the director of operations and distribution pharmacists with receiving, shipping, counting, and packing. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Run the automated machinery required to pre-sort and package medications, including filling exception trays with the appropriate medication and transitioning the different workflow stages from initial dispense through quality control Count and fill prescription vials and affix labels on bulk prescription items Pack and ship completed divvypacks, which includes printing and affixing appropriate labels on dispenser and shipping boxes Sorting and triaging the right boxes to ship at the right time

3 Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide exemplary customer service to all patients and caregivers. Adjudicates patient claims. Maintain patient records with strong attention to detail. Serve as a liaison between the pharmacists and other medical professionals as appropriate. Ensures orders are processed in a timely manner and meet clinical requirements prior to fulfillment. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Stand for long periods. Pick and pinch small tablets with fingers, and seize, hold, grasp or turn objects with hands. Perceive the size, shape, temperature, or texture of objects by touching with fingertips. Lift and push or pull up to 20 pounds. See objects at close vision and be able to identify and distinguish colors. Be at least 18 years of age (or as required by state law). Pass a drug test. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to solve problems and communicate issues clearly. Team-oriented.

5 Must be 18+ years of age. High school diploma /GED required. Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Prior experience with third party billing, customer service and data entry, preferred.
