The Executive Master programme is a professional training opportunity to develop Project, Programme and Portfolio Management abilities to drive innovation and technological change in a variety of project-based governmental, industrial and service organizations. An immersive team-oriented experience is designed to provide with solid technical competences in project planning and control practices combined with strategic leadership, project portfolio governance and soft skills reuired to handle the projectisation of businesses and drive a lean journey towards project excellence. At the end of the learning programme, participants will obtain a certification as a Project Manager provided by the International Project Management Association (Level D Certified Project Management Associate or higher level).

3 Our Vision The Project Management job is changing rapidly. The profession of project management is changing rapidly. Organizations have evolved their ability to define and implement more integration across projects and more focus on long-term benefits. Project management is the method for implementing change and project managers are leading the way. Strategy and business models have little value until they are implemented. In a world where disruption can happen overnight, moving rapidly from strategy design to delivery is critical. Yet too many companies go only halfway, putting their best resources into design and ending up treating delivery as an after thought. As a result, strategies fail, customers leave, key talent is lost and financial performance suffers (*). Processes & Resources: reinforce excellence through sound processes and adequate resources, used in an efficient and sustainable way. 5 Master Programme Developing a blended set of competences, Competences = Knowledge + Skills + Experience Classroom and Workshops M Managerial Units Taught modules designed to train participants on applied managerial, organizational and financial theories and models, as well as to foster the development of decision-making and leadership skills. T P Project work review All participants will deliver an in-company project throughout the master. In this sessions participants will present a review of the project work performed since the previous module and each participant will receive feedback from both the class and course instructors. Technical Units Taught modules designed to allow the participants to develop technical know-how on project management practices. I Industry Classes Workshop modules designed to allow the participants to understand real world Project Management Case Histories and Best Practices, presented by Key Executives in project intensive industries. Distance learning K Body of Knowledge Modules Key webinars and a structured path to learn the core knowledge required for Project Mangement at Enterprise-wide level, covering Business Administration subject, Quantitative methods, IPMA baselines and the PMI PMBoK. P Project work elaboration and delivery All participants will use an industrial grade Project Management collaboration app to track and deliver project work outcomes. Continuous Assessment modules: Online administered tests and short assignments to measure the learning progress. A
