Our in-house fulfillment program allows us to manage internal fulfillment programs for our clients and reduce their overall cost and turnaround time. 6 PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Process, Physical Distribution and Logistics Consulting How the process works: Client will call Draco for an internal RFQ Draco studies the product/program and submits a quote Draco will project the number of employees needed to meet the clients deadline Draco will go through the screening, orientating and hiring of the temp labor needed Draco s on site manager will coordinate with the client on job specifics (work space, materials, quantities, etc...) Draco will check in all employees and assign badges Draco performs the job per clients specifications and submits daily production reports What we do: Interviewing, screening and hiring of temp labor Orientation to clients process and procedures for employees Drug screening and background checks I-9 verification Employee check in and out of clients facility Daily production reporting Fixed piece price for clients
