2 Ordering and Delivery Ordering and Delivery Times All In Stock products listed in this guide will normally be delivered within four working days, on all orders received before 11am. For example, an order placed by 11am on Monday will normally be delivered by Friday. Deliveries to Scotland will normally be delivered within eight working days. The minimum order quantity is two pallets. Full pallet quantities only; no mixed pallets. ROCKWOOL produce a wide range of insulation products, not all of which are listed within this price list. For further information about available products please contact your local ROCKWOOL Sales Specialist at merchant@rockwool.co.uk Delivery Vehicles Our standard delivery vehicle is a 16.5m articulated HGV, weighing up to 44T. If you have restricted access or other specific delivery requirements, other delivery vehicles are available for an additional charge; please contact the Customer Support Centre for more information. Direct to site deliveries may be available upon request, additional charges will apply, please contact the Customer Support Centre for further details. FORS Deliveries requiring FORS Bronze, FORS Silver or FORS Gold are available on request for a surcharge, please contact the Customer Support Centre for further details. Amending Orders You can amend an order free of charge for stocked items up until 11.00am, 48 hours before dispatch, or additional charges will apply. Cancelled Deliveries For products which have not been loaded, no charges will apply For products which have been loaded but have not left the site, a minimum handling charge of 50 will apply For products which are in transit for delivery, handling and transport costs will apply and will be confirmed by ROCKWOOL Customer Support Centre at the time of cancellation. Postponed Deliveries For postponed deliveries the storage charge will be 50 per trailer per day. Refused Deliveries Deliveries which are refused for any reason (e.g. windage, weather conditions etc) will incur costs which will include the delivery and return charges and ROCKWOOL handling fees. Redirected Deliveries Deliveries that are redirected from the agreed delivery destination will incur charges. ROCKWOOL Customer Support Centre will confirm these costs at the time of request. Delayed Off-Loading Waiting time charges at 50 per hour pro-rata will apply if the delivery vehicle is not off-loaded within two hours of the delivery time. 2

The Overlay Board can be used to isolate and prepare the surface of existing roof systems, providing the perfect platform for the installation of new waterproofing membranes. The HARDROCK Multi-Fix Angle Fillet is non-combustible, heat resistant and designed to fully support bituminous waterproof membranes at 90 abutments, providing a smooth transition between the horizontal and vertical interface. 5 Thermal Cavity Barriers TCB (Thermal Cavity Barriers) have been developed to exceed minimum building regulation requirements for fire resistance within concealed wall cavities. Tested and assessed to BS476:Part 20, they provide up to 60 minutes fire resistance (integrity and insulation).
