Within a period from 2012 to 2030 the New Moscow area is planned to: accommodate new construction of approximately 105 mln sqm (consisting by 60% from residential and by 40% from commercial areas) provide residencies to approximately 2 mln people and create new jobs to over 1 mln of employees likely allocate up to sqm of retail stock Only by the end of 2015 the new residential stock delivered within the New Moscow area accounted for 2.5 mln sqm, which is twice higher than the new residential construction within the MKAD.
