If you need to change the glass you do not have to remove the whole panel, just the fillet. 14 ISD02 SERIES FULL VISION SECTIONAL DOOR Panels of DoorHan full vision sectional doors are constructed of aluminium profiles and glazing units. Glazing materials are polycarbonate, impact-resistant polycarbonate or acrylic plastic (Plexiglas). These materials are lightweight, strong and have a no-drop coating. The design of the aluminium profiles provides high reliability and durability of the door leaf. 17 ALLTOP HEATSTOP RESIST RESIST RESIST W1621 PLEXIGLAS ALLTOP is a double-skin sheet with wide cell spacing of 64 mm and a NO DROP coating on both sides and inside the cells. This provides light transmission of up to 91% and condensation both on the internal and external surfaces is virtually invisible. ALLTOP sheets help to increase energy efficiency. PLEXIGLAS HEATSTOP is a double-skin sheet reflecting infrared radiation and made of impact-modified acrylic (PMMA). The HEATSTOP protection is uniformly distributed into the sheet substrate. PLEXIGLAS HEATSTOP has higher impact resistance than other acrylic plastics. It has a NO DROP coating with a protective layer. Cylindrical shaft Octagonal shaft End support bracket 07 The Quick Fix system, a DoorHan innovative solution, considerably reduces installation time (4 times compared to similar products on the market). The Quick Fix system includes: U-shaped brackets Special shaft-lifting mechanism New safety devices Octagonal shaft (eliminates shaft deflection and the need for intermediate fixing to the opening) Shaft operator fastening bracket The spring safety device disables the shaft and prevents the sectional door leaf from falling. The cable break protection device with protective housing is mounted on the leaf as a bottom bracket. It stops the door leaf from falling by fixing itself to the track in the event of a cable failure. DOORHAN INDUSTRIAL OPERATORS 09 DoorHan operators are the ideal solution for any type of industrial door. Shaft-30/60/120 operatros are shaft-type operators with an oil-bath gear box. This technology increases the service life of the operator and makes it suitable for heavy use. It consists of an electric motor and gear box. It is equipped with a built-in control unit and a 3-position control station. In the event of a power cut you can open and close the door manually using the chain. TRAFFIC LAMP Used for traffic control. The casing is made of high-quality plastic. 24

OPTOELECTRONIC SENSORS SWM KEY-BUTTON KEYPAD Optokit optoelectronic sensors include 2 infrared safety sensors, a receiver and a transmitter. Both sensors are fitted into a rubber seal. Once the rubber profile is deformed, the optical beam breaks and a signal is sent to the control unit to stop or reverse the door. The SWM key-button is mounted on exterior surface. It has vandal-proof metal casing and a watertight rear wall. Easy installation and connection. Designed to remotely control an electric door operator with a built-in or external DoorHan receiver. Radio commands can only be given after an access code has been entered. Easy installation and configuration. PHOTOCELLS KEYSWITCH, SWK EXTERNAL RADIO RECEIVERS If an object crosses the infrared beam, a signal is sent and the door stops or reverses. Used to give a signal to the control unit. Stepped control (openclose-stop) by microswitch. A key is used to give the required command. Available with one microswitch and two microswitches. DHRE-2 receivers are designed to control other manufacturers automatic equipment from a DoorHan transmitter. They can be connected to any door operator. 25

CROSSBAR LOCK The crossbar lock is one of the most reliable methods of keeping a door locked and it helps to prevent unauthorized access. It is operated from both sides and is made of highquality steel. OPEN PASS SENSOR DOOR CLOSER An industrial sectional door is even easier to use with a DoorHan pass door without threshold. Without a threshold it is easier to access the premises. The open pass door noncontact sensor prevents the door operator from starting when the pass door is open. When you open the pass door the magnet and the reader are displaced, which breaks the contact and prevents the control unit from starting the operator. The door closer makes operating the pass door much easier. DoorHan pass door closers are secured in steel reinforcement. 27
