The NETCENTS-2 solution is a vehicle enabling the IT Lifecycle to include legacy operational and sustainment activities, migration of legacy systems, and future service-oriented capabilities.

3 Acceptance Date Acceptance is upon receipt. The Government reserves the right to inspect or test any supplies or services that have been tendered for acceptance. The Government may require repair or replacement of nonconforming supplies or re-performance of nonconforming services at no increase in contract price. The Government must exercise its post-acceptance rights (1) within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered (usually considered to be 30 days); and (2) before any substantial change occurs in the condition of the item, unless the change is due to the defect in the item. 4 FULL SPECTRUM SOLUTIONS GENERAL INFORMATION The goal of the overall NETCENTS-2 program is to support missions that require voice, data, and video communications, information services, solutions, and products to deliver the right information, in the right format, to the right place, at the right time efficient in peace, effective in war, and ensuring success across the spectrum of operations. The scope of the overall NETCENTS-2 Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/ IQ) will provide a wide range of IT Networkcentric and Telephony products, service and solutions covering the full spectrum of netcentric operations and missions. All efforts supported under this contract shall be provided in accordance with Department of Defense, United States Air Force, or DoD Intelligence Information Systems (DoDIIS), and National Security Agency standards as applicable to the task order. The PCMG Netcents-2 contract provides products that are Trade Act Agreement (TAA) compliant. We support delivery SLAs and technical service to both CONUS and OCONUS for orders generated at routine; critical and emergency levels. Additionally, PCMG can handle sensitive information and provide clear support should the requirement arise. The use of netcentric product contracts may be available to DoD and other Federal Agencies when they: Are related to requirements for interoperability with Air Force capabilities Support Air Force IT infrastructure, applications, or operations Support host-tenant arrangements involving Air Force units Support joint operations or solutions The Government intends for this contract vehicle to be mandatory for USAF customers to purchase: Networking Equipment Servers / Storage Peripherals / Software Identity Management Biometric Hardware and Software
