1 ABOUT COMPANY OJSC Nizhnevartovskneft oil and gas refinery is a major vertically integrated Russian oil company headquartered in Nizhnevartovsk. It is Russia's -largest oil and gas producer and among the ten largest private oil companies in the Russian Federation. In 2003 the company integrated joint venture with TNK-BP and NK Rosneft oil refinery. The company joint reserved with TNK-BP confirmed that as of 31, December 2009, total proved reserves amounted to billion barrels (1.8549?109 m3) of oil equivalent, applying PRMS (formerly SPE) criteria. Proved reserves constitute a total proved PRMS reserve replacement ratio of 329%. OJSC Nizhnevartovskneft is one of the main operators of Samotlor oil Field; the largest oil field of Russia and the sixth largest in the world, owned and operated by TNK-BP. The field is located at Lake Samotlor in Nizhnevartovsk district, Khanty Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Tyumen Oblast. It covers 1,752 square kilometres (676 sq mi). At the moment it includes 4 units for primary refining, process control systems, quality control laboratory and the laboratory of nondestructive inspection methods. Technological installations for plants produce the following products: stable gasoline, summer, winter and arctic diesel fuel, jet fuel million tons of oil per year. OJSC Nizhnevartovskneft oil and gas refinery is vertically integrated in the exploration, production, transportation, storage and sales of petroleum and petrochemical products. The company was rated in the top- five (5) in 2014, in terms of petroleum storage and sales/marketing of marine light and heavy fuel oil and top-ten (10) in exportation of mazut m100, Jet fuel jp54, Lng, Lpg, Diesel and other related petroleum product to Asian and European Countries. OJSC Nizhnevartovskneft owns more than five refineries in and around Russian Federation. The company is engaged in joint venture with Rosneft in exploration, drilling and production of Samotlor oil fields located in Nizhnevartovsk region.

OUR BUNKERING FLEETS: We have reliable and up to date "bunkering fleets" designed for standard bunkering, storage and stress free transshipment of petroleum products in tanks.

8 We render professional Bunkering operations and services in and around Russian waters and seas and our fleets are located at seaports- Novorossiysk, Primorsk, Nahodka, Murmansk, and Vladivostok. And they include the storage of "bunker" (ship) fuels and the provision of the fuel to vessels. [1]. 9 This system passes signals from on-site devices to computers that process, store and represent the data and is complemented by sub-systems that perform such specific functions as reading and monitoring the oil level in the tanks, supervising fire protection systems and recording the quantities of crude oil transported. The operation of the pipeline from Trieste to Ingolstadt is supervised byc94, a modern digital control programme capable of capturing more than 25,000 pieces of data per second which manages the automatic processes in the pumping stations (pumps, valves, relief and delivery), gathers measurements, messages and commands, records data and performs control and safety procedures. In addition to its control and monitoring functions, the C94 system facilitates both the optimisation process and the identification of values for recognising and localising potential leaks and triggering the corresponding alarm.
