Construction The fully accessible and modular distribution stations are available in left-hand and right-hand execution. They have adjustable end rollers and minimum belt transfer gaps. All components are reliable, afford low maintenance and are perfectly adjusted. All axes are driven by efficient AC servo motors and belts can be changed quickly, without the use of tools. There are no static parts above the process belt which ensures that products are not contaminated by dust or dirt. Performance and productivity Standardization is a key to high Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Interfaces across the system are harmonized this leads to a process you can rely on. The use of infeed belts compensates irregular flow and increases efficiency. Ejecting faulty or contaminated products ensures a clean product flow and also significantly reduces waste.
