ROUTE NO. 119: 119 Household Goods Common Carrier Irregular: Transportation of general commodities between Marshall and points and places within 20 miles thereof, on the one hand, and all points in Missouri, on the other hand, subject to the limitation that no services is to be rendered between points on the regular route of an authorized motor carrier. ROUTE NO. 120: 120 Household Goods Common Carrier Irregular: Transportation of uncrated household goods as a common carrier by motor vehicle upon the public highways in Missouri intrastate commerce transporting household goods over irregular routes between all points within a fifty (50) mile radius of Springfield, Missouri. 10 Missouri Movers Association 1 st Revised Page 77-A Original Page 77-A SECTION 5 INDIVIDUAL CARRIER EXCEPTION TO APPLICATION OF RATES AND/0R CHARGES PART B INDIVIDUAL CARRIER HOURLY RATES (For application, See Page 68) ITEM CARRIER EXCEPTIONS NO. HUNTER TRANSPORTATION, INC HOURLY TRANSPORTATION RATES IN AND NEAR NEOSHO: For shipments having origin or destination within the commercial zone of Neosho, and transported from or to a point within 20 air miles of said commercial zone, the carrier will furnish a van and the services of two men at the rate of $46.00 per hour. If shipper requires more than two men, extra help will be furnished by carrier at the rate of $17.00 per hour for each extra man furnished. The hourly charge shall be computed from the time vehicle and men are dispatched from the carrier s warehouse until they return, but any portion of the time spent in performing any services for which charges are provided in the Accessorial Section shall be deducted. All shipments will be weighed and the number of miles the shipment was transported will be maintained. The total charge to the shipper will be based upon the hourly rate charge or on the actual weight for actual service performed, whichever is lower. LUTTRELL MOVING & DELIVERY, Bob G. Luttrell, d/b/a 2640 HOURLY TRANSPORTATION RATES IN AND NEAR CAPE GIRARDEAU: For shipments having origin or destination within the commercial zone of Cape Girardeau and transported from or to a point within 25 air miles of said commercial zone, the carrier will furnish a van and the services of two men at the rate of $70.00 per hour. If shipper requires more than two men, a van and 3 men shall be furnished at a rate of $87.00 per hour. If the shipper requires more than 3 men, for each extra man the rate would be $20.00 per hour. The hourly charge shall be computed from the time vehicle and men are dispatched from carrier s warehouse until they return, but any portion of the time spent in performing any services for which charges are provided in the Accessorial Section shall be deducted.
