That's how it should be: Always have the right material at the right time at the right place. Thanks to our robot EVE this is no longer an issue. Because EVE provides autonomous vehicle transportation with the appropriate software for perfect information and material flow. Fast, secure and efficiently, EVE connects all processes from delivery to the assembly line. EVE is versatile, flexible and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. EVE can navigate freely, choosing the optimal path and moves Euro pallets, pallet cages or order picking trolleys up to 1 ton - in accordance with the material requirements. Thus EVE takes over the entire transport of material within the plant. In addition, with our Ergoporter we always provide the material at an ergonomic working height. The multiple transhipments between receiving, storage, order picking, assembly and shipping, which are often done by tugger trains or forklifts, are omitted. All this turns EVE into a real alternative to forklifts and tugger trains. EVEoutdoor and her little sister EVE have a great example: RAY, the revolutionary automated parking system enabling completely new, comfortable and secure parking at the airport of Dusseldorf since 2014 and autonomously transporting cars in the shipment area at Audi in Ingolstadt. 11 Reference: PALFINGER Optimized processes Reference: Audi Automatic interim storage at the Audi plant in Ingolstadt PALFINGER AG employs EVE in the plant logistics at its largest production site. Here, EVE replaces the tugger trains and autonomously and automatically ensures the perfect information and material flow - efficient, variable and ergonomic. For years, PALFINGER has been among the leading international manufacturers of innovative lifting solutions employed on commercial vehicles and in the maritime domain. As a multinational group with headquarters in Salzburg the company employing around 8,995 people in 2015 had a total turnover of EUR 1,229.9 million. In the process house of the Audi plant in Ingolstadt, RAY has taken over the interim storage of the finished vehicles. Following production, the vehicles designed for shipment by railway will be placed at the RAY transfer stations. Here, RAY will take over the cars. The parking robots transport and sort in three-shift operation up to 2,000 cars per day. Audi won the VDA Logistics award 2017 with Serva Transport Systems' automated guided vehicle (AGV) RAY. With their flexible navigation we are improving efficiency in vehicle transport as well. FTS RAY is now in production operation at the Ingolstadt plant. The redundant design of the system guarantees a high availability of the system. Training Upon delivery of the system you will receive a comprehensive training package in order to prepare the local staff for the work with EVE. The tasks of the local staff include e.g. regular cleaning and maintenance of the sensors. Repairs In case of problems which cannot be solved by the local staff, the service team of SERVA Transport Systems will be available for you. Depending on the service agreement, our service technicians will be available on the phone or via remote access 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Maintenance Proactive maintenance is essential for the longevity of our technology. Such preventive inspections must be carried out for EVE, too. To this end, our qualified maintenance engineers will fix a time frame at your plant, when the most important wear parts will be replaced at an early stage and other necessary maintenance activities will be carried out without affecting the operation of the plant.
