3 Small Package Forwarding Policy: The on-site Business Center is now the exclusive provider of small package forwarding via FedEx and UPS. SHIPPING SERVICES: The Business Center will ship packages for domestic, international, and Saturday delivery via FedEx and UPS. Shipping labels will be generated, if needed, and items transferred to the selected carriers. Price comparison, package insurance, and signature upon delivery is available. You may pay to ship or have the shipping charges charged to your carrier account and pay the handling fee. The handling fee per piece is as follows: 0-1lb.-$ lbs.-$ lbs.-$ lbs.-$ lbs-$20.00 Over 30.01lbs.-$25.00 There is a 150lbs weight limit on all packages and cases. PACKING SERVICES: The Business Center makes packing easier by offering a variety of shipping supplies including an assortment of box sizes, padded envelopes, mailing tubes, packing paper, packing tape and more. If you are in a hurry we can pack it for you; service starts at just $4.00. OUTSIDE SHIPPING REPRESENTATIVES: Outside shipping representatives are not allowed on site. For customer service, a satellite shipping location can be arranged per request. This shipping desk will allow for the same services as inside the Business Center. *Buy-out option to bring in outside shipping representatives. Contact the Business Center for more details. RECEIVING SERVICES: The Business Center is able to receive and securely store packages on-site. Delivery to meeting rooms is available. All services may be paid on-site with cash or credit card, in advance using a credit card authorization form or by creating a master account to include authorized users. The center will offer a 20% discount on print orders placed before 5pm, April 17. Printing and Document Services: The Business Center offers print services for documents, event programs, flyers, brochures, and promotional collateral. We also produce vinyl banners, foam-core posters and signage. Simply use the on-line ordering site or send your file via before your arrival and have it ready for pick up! Upload files at Shipping & Receiving Services: The Business Center is able to receive your packages and securely store them on-site until your arrival. Delivery of packages to meeting rooms is available. Shipping services are provided by FedEx and UPS. We will pack, insure, and ship your items all in a matter of minutes. Delivery is guaranteed on time by courier. Rentals include a fully furnished conference room and equipment such as full-size copier, high-speed fax, dolly, hand truck, and easels. Coat, bag, and luggage check is available in the center.
