Or do you simply want to automatically load four or more machines of the same type on as little space as possible? If you can answer one of these questions with YES, then we are the right partner for you. The ERS linear system with the JMS Pro Line Manager will satisfy your requirements. Individual working steps can be linked as, for example, in the following sequence: Operation 1: drilling the starting borehole Operation 2: WEDM Operation : washing/drying Operation 4: quality measurement Loading station: position where new workpieces are inserted and finished ones removed The transfer unit positions itself in front of the machine with an accuracy of half a millimeter even after high-speed movement. Only in this way are reliable pallet changes possible. New workpieces are inserted into the liner cell on the loading station. Finished workpieces are removed from there. The whole process is controlled by the JMS Pro Line Manager process control software. 2

4 Technical information The ERS Linear serves up to 8 machines with workpieces. Identical working processes can be run in parallel.
