1 Reservations/ Sales Sales Channel Report This report displays the total sales, for a selected time period, from each of your distribution points or sales channels (for example call center and website, etc.). It reflects cancellations/modifications that may have occurred outside of the specified date range. The sales data for each of these channels is organized by supplier, units sold, day/nights reserved, itinerary amount, taxes/fees and totals. You have the option to search for a date range, based either on the date reserved or the completion date. Report Type sales data for each of your sales channels i. Data contained in report: ii. Supplier ID, Supplier name, # units sold, # of days/nights reserved iii. Itinerary amount, taxes/fees, totals iv. Date range options for search: v. By Date Reserved enter past dates only vi. By Date Completed enter past or future dates vii. Total sales by sales channel viii. Additional information: ix. Net of cancellations/modifications It reflects cancellations and modifications that may have occurred outside of the specific date range that was queried. x. Dynamic report changes made outside of selected date range will be reflected, so selecting the same date range today, that you selected yesterday, may return different results Comprehensive Sales Reports This report displays your sales for a specific date range. Sales data are up to midnight of the previous day. It generates your sales for a specific date range, net of cancelations. Net of cancellations/modifications It reflects cancellations and modifications that may have occurred outside of the specific date range that was queried. e. Only sales channels with revenues for the selected date range will appear in the search results f. Dynamic report changes made outside of selected date range will be reflected, so selecting the same date range today, that you selected yesterday, may return different results Net Sales (Sales Net of Cancellations/Modifications) This report will give you a consistent snapshot of your sales, net of cancellations/modifications that occurred during a particular date range. It will not include cancellations/modifications, to any item(s) that may have occurred after the specified date range. The data is organized to display the net quantity of: items (lodging, activities, rentals, etc.) reserved, items cancelled, lodging nights and the total amount of sales, made during the specified period. It is further organized into a series of summary reports that display the: xvii. Resellers Sales channels, such as website and call center xviii. Product category Lodging, golf, airfare, etc. xix. Geographical region Country and state/province (within the US and Canada) where customers reside xx. Fulfillment month The month in which items are completed (check out date or in the case of lift tickets, etc. the month that they are used) xxi. Marketing Source sales associated with the different marketing sources information agents obtained from the customer at the beginning of their sales call xxii. Agent The agent section displays sales stats by items Initiated (saved) and Reserved by each agent during the sales period xxiii. Full details of the reservations including guest name and address can easily be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet and manipulated to extract specific data. Lodging Arrivals Reports This report displays the lodging arrivals on a weekly basis for a specified date range. The date selector is based on the check in date. The data is organized to display the

3 arrival week, the number of units, number of nights, number of guests, total revenue and the average daily rate. This report aggregates all of the data from all of your existing sales channels. Searches can be done for past and future dates as well as by dates reserved on or before a specific date. This report is used by all CRSs, regardless of settlement rules and is used primarily by Administrators to track arrivals. Data contained in report is broken down into the following categories: i. Number of Units Sold ii. Number of Nights Sold iii. Number of Guests iv. Amount of Revenue v. Average Daily Rate (ADR) Forward Bookings Lodging Report This report shows you consistent data for lodging bookings which have been booked for previous dates. It shows quantity of lodging reserved, revenues, and total number of room nights for all sales channels. Provide a comparison to previous year within the date range you are searching. This report is also shows booking statistics by day as wells as total by fulfillment month. Data contained in report is broken down into the following categories: i. Quantity of reservations reserved Gross, Changes (Cancellations or Modifications), and Net ii. Revenue Gross, Changes (Cancellations or Modifications), and Net iii. Nights Gross, Changes (Cancellations or Modifications), and Net iv. Quantity, Revenue, and Nights for previous year v. Change shows you how you did this year compared to previous year Receivables Reports (for those instances when a supplier collects from the guest) Supplier Commission Status This report is used to determine the status of the receivables paid to you by Inntopia. Commissions are paid to you the month following receipt of payment from the supplier. This report shows the current status of the commissions Inntopia has billed to your suppliers. An OPEN status refers to commissions that have NOT yet been received by Inntopia from the Supplier. A COLLECTED status refers to commissions that have been received by Inntopia from the Supplier, and which you will receive from Inntopia in your next monthly payment. Past Commission Statements

4 Choose a line from the pull down to view the payment voucher with the details of commissions paid to you by Inntopia. Future Commissions Supplier pass through report that displays your accrued net earnings from the last billing date through the check out date that you enter in the calendar. Your accrued net earnings are summarized and displayed in separate tables. Net commissions are summarized by reseller, by supplier, by product category and by fulfillment month. Itinerary details are easily downloaded into excel (requires Excel 2003 or better) Suppliers aging receivables report This shows the amount currently due from your Suppliers to Inntopia for transactions where you are involved (i.e. where you will be receiving at least a portion of the fees due). It does not include ALL amounts due from those Suppliers (in the case where that Supplier may owe for transactions where you do not receive a portion of the fees). Receivables Reports (for those instances when the CRS collects from the guest) Guest Payment Queue Use this tool to review the list of guest receivables that are currently due. Process credit card payments, split credit card payments and record check payments. Manage your receivables collections; edit payment due dates or override payment amount, hold or process payments. Guest Payment Review Use this report to view payments that have been collected and credits that have been issued. The report displays a summary of the amount that has been collected by cash/check, Visa, MC/Amex, supplier transfers and customer credits and displays the detail including the payment method, guest name and itinerary number. Separate tables break the payments collected down by accounting category (applicable only if you have entered those in your set up), by payments received by categorized supplier, and by payments collected by itinerary. Future Cash Receivables Use this report to get a quick overview of outstanding receivables by month. Expand the report by clicking view details and display a break down of the amount due by itinerary. The itinerary numbers are links that lead you into further detail of the itinerary. View reservation details on the Itinerary History page, guest Account Info page and the supplier Payables page. 1. Display a breakdown of the amount due by itinerary.

Revenue and Commissions by Product Category and Supplier This report is based on check in date and displays receivables for each of your sales channels and organizes the data by: category, supplier and agent (specific phone agent or Internet). 1) Report Type Receivables 2) Searches can be done for past and future dates for specific date range. Summary of the amount that has been collected by cash/check, Visa, Master Card, Amex, supplier transfers and customer credits d. Details: i. Payment method ii. Guest Name iii. Itinerary # e. Payables reports (for those instances when the CRS collects from the guest)

6 Supplier and Travel Agent Payables From this screen you can review outstanding payables and create payment vouchers. This tool is used to manage supplier and travel agent payables, view past vouchers by date batched or by supplier, review itinerary details, process or hold outstanding payables, and export payable batches to accounting applications (applicable only if you have set up interface between accounting application and Inntopia) Future Payable (not working at the moment) This report displays the outstanding liabilities to your suppliers as of a particular date. The report is sorted by the date the money was collected from the guest. It shows the amount that was collected on the supplier s behalf and breaks out what is due to the supplier by itinerary. Current Due to Inntopia This report reflects your outstanding payables due to Inntopia. View itineraries related to processing fees by clicking on the itinerary number. Past Inntopia Statements This report allows you to select any previous Inntopia voucher from a pull down and click view payment voucher to view all of the associated payment detail. Future Travel Agent Payables Use this report to view unpaid TA commission liabilities. Payables that are in queue and not in queue are both displayed on this report. Travel agent payables are placed in the payable queue and therefore can be vouchered for payment upon the latest check out date on an itinerary. The report displays the Unpaid TA payable liabilities by month and broken down into accounting GL category (Accounting categories will only display when an accounting interface is used). Each months total can be expanded to view more information on the total. The expanded screen shows the amount due by itinerary with its payable due date and GL Category. More itinerary details are available by clicking on the itinerary number. Accrued Payables by Cash Receipt This report shows the supplier and travel agent payable accrual on payments collected and the net results. The report displays cash receipts and payables break down by product category, suppler and reseller sales channel. Administrative Cancellation Review

7 This report can be used to review cancelled items by date range. Cancellation fees can be viewed and manage through this report as well. The Cancellation Fee column displays any cancellation fees if they have been added to the itinerary or an N/A if no cancellation fee has been added. Other information displayed on the report is the itinerary number, Customer s last name, supplier name, product name, date cancelled and who cancelled the item (such as CRS agent, supplier, or customer) There s a Details link that directs you into the Itinerary Account Info page where you can view more information such as the date reserved, arrival and departure dates and the suppliers cancellation policy. Cancellation fees can be added and payment collected from the guest using the Itinerary Account Info page. Incomplete Itineraries This report displays all itineraries that contain both confirmed and unconfirmed items. A completed itinerary contains only confirmed items; this report allows you to easily track itineraries that require follow up. Insurance Policies If you have an interface between Inntopia and your Travel Insurance Provider this report is a useful tool for monitoring policy transmission. This report displays a list of customers who have purchased an insurance policy and which sales channel it was purchased through. Upon receipt of the reservation the Insurance Provider returns a Policy ID that appears on this report. This can be used to view insurance purchases, and to resubmit if there has been a modification to the itinerary. 1. Successful purchases will have an insurance policy number associated with it. 2. The Detail link next to the Itinerary # will bring you into the itinerary history 3. Any that need attention will have a submit button display. 4. Click the Insurance Details link to view the xml message that has been returned to Inntopia from the insurance provider. If the purchase failed for reasons such as invalid credit card # or incomplete guest information, this will be stated here. Air Air Report This report displays air information and it allows you to search for a date range based on date reserved or date of departure. The data is organized into the following reports: Carrier Report, Airfare Type Report, Agent Report, Departure Airport Report, Destination Airport Report, Departure/ Destination Airport Report, Sales Channel Report and Detail Report. Agent Detail Agent Detail This report allows you to search for a particular agent s sales data based either on reservation or check out date. It returns a summary, category and detailed report on the activity of that particular agent. 1. Data contained in the report:

An aggregated agent summary report for all of a CRS s agents can be viewed from the Net Sales Report (An aggregated agent summary report for all of a CRS s agents can be viewed from the Net Sales Report) Data Exporter Data Exporter This report enables you to export reservation detail, guest information, travel agent information and payment history detail from the database. These exports can be by generated based on date reserved, date checking in or date checking out and can be either returned in HTML, Excel or XML. 1) Report Type Detailed reservation data a. 3 Reports: i.
