With DynaPack ONLINE you will advance to an online tour operator. Our internet booking engine collects the cheapest available air fares and hotel rooms from several sources. It calculates the total amount for the whole travel duration for transport, accommodation and tax. The total price per person is already displayed on the first page. The entire online reservation for both flight and hotel is done in one single work flow. The agent will receive the flight PNR in the GDS queue and the accommodation reservation in the hotel booking system. The fulfillment is identical with any other individual offline reservation. Air fares: DynaPack ONLINE searches various sources including the GDS and the negotiated air fares from your broker. GDS: You have the choice of one of the following GDS: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan Hotel supplier: We have XML interfaces to ExclusivelyHotels ( hotels) and GTA ( hotels) offering accommodation worldwide in all categories. Online booking: The reservation processes for all suppliers are done in one singular work flow. During the whole reservation process only the total amount for flight and hotel will be shown. This allows you to add your own calculation schemes. 3 HOTEL SELECTION AND DESCRIPTION Hotel selection: All available hotels including the cheapest flight offer are listed on the first page. The package price includes accommodation, flight and taxes for the total stay per person. Hotel description: After a click with the mouse on..details a new page with the hotel description is displayed. The pictures and the map can be enlarged individually.

4 ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONALITIES AND MODULES You can improve the usability with additional functionalities and modules. The hotel offers can be sorted with various filters to help to find the prefered propertiy and location. Quick Search ( left): On the hotel overview page an additional quick search mask can be shown where all search parameters can be changed and executed. Quick Sort: With this additional sort filter on the hotel overview page the serach results can be rearanged by hotel name, price or category Map Search: With the map search all available hotels will be shown on one map. In addition they can be sorted by price, category and location.

5 FLIGHT SELECTION AND CONNECTIONS On the flight selection page, additional flight connections, different schedules and/or booking classes of the same airline and/or other carriers are listed. Only the additional cost for the individual flight connections are shown. After a new flight has been selected the new package price is calculated automatically.

6 RESERVATION FORM AND PAYMENT The price calculation shows only the total amount per person for the accommodation including the flight. Taxes, fees, surcharges and insurances are listed individually. The traveler has to enter his personal data and the payment details only once. DynaPack ONLINE is then creating two individual reservations in the back ground. On the confirmation to the customer only the total amount for hotel and flight is shown, but on the copy to the travel agency the price details are listed individually.

7 CUSTOMIZING Basic changes of color and fonts (but not the layout and size) are possible against a small fee. In addition you may also order a total individual layout for all pages and for an appropriate surcharge they will be designed as to your specifications.
