Regulations and rates for Custom Calling/ExpressTouch Feature Packages and Bundle Services accepted by customers prior to July 1, 2004 are filed in the United Telephone Company of the Carolinas LLC d/b/a CenturyLink GENERAL SUBSCRIBER SERVICES TARIFF. SC 14-04: Effective September 17, 2014, this Local Term of Service replaces the Price List for Deregulated Business and Residential Packaged Services (Price List). Rates for deregulated services previously contained in the Price List are now contained herein, with no changes in the descriptions, terms and conditions or rates. SC 14-04
