8 What is the Automatic Shipment Advantage Programme? Our ASAP allows you to receive your Lifeplus products every month automatically and can save you shipping costs. How do I sign up? On your order form, there s an option to tick if ASAP next to each item. When complete send by post, or fax it back to us on You can also place ASAP orders with your credit card by telephone. How can I change or cancel my ASAP? You can change your ASAP or cancel an individual ASAP order at any time by contacting us in writing or by calling our Customer Service team on freephone (from a fixed landline) or by using the form above, stating when you want the change to take effect from or informing us which products you want to add or remove from your regular order. Payments by credit/debit card or Direct Debit are payments to Lifeplus. 2. Orders are subject to availability. We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days, but we guarantee all deliveries within 30 days of your order. You will be charged for the total cost of the products plus delivery as set out above. 3. Your contract of sale is with Lifeplus Europe Limited. 4. By signing the Application, you authorise Lifeplus to automatically charge your credit card or account via Direct Debit for each product specified overleaf and each order, plus shipping, handling and VAT. Credit cards may be charged up to two days prior to the shipping date. Lifeplus may terminate this Agreement without notice if the credit card(s) to which a Customer has authorised charges becomes expired, cancelled, or charges are declined by the bank issuing the card for any reason. 5. You will have an opportunity to examine and reject products you order from us after they have been delivered to you. Lifeplus offers a thirty day money back guarantee on all its products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products, you may cancel this Agreement by giving us notice within 30 days of receiving the products, then we will provide a refund to you. 6. If you cancel within 14 days after receipt of the products, your refund will include the delivery costs of sending the products to you (except for any supplementary delivery costs if you choose a delivery method which is more expensive than our standard delivery cost). If you cancel the Contract more than 14 days after receipt of the products but before 30 days have elapsed from you receiving the products, you will have to pay the delivery costs incurred by Lifeplus in sending the products to you in the first place. Whether you cancel within 14 days after receipt of the products or more than 14 days after receipt of the products you will be responsible for your costs in returning the products back to us; we will not refund you any costs of delivery or shipping. You have the legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. 7. Lifeplus reserves the right to change the prices of any products in its product line, and to discontinue any products in its line, including those products selected as part of your order. We will contact you if we have discontinued any products in your order. Lifeplus will not issue advance notice of discontinued products. VAT rates are subject to change without notice. 8. If you reject the products for any reason other than damage to or a defect in the products, you must pay the cost of returning the products to us and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. If you reject the products because they are damaged or faulty, we will cover the cost of the return of the products to us. 9. If the products are returned by you for any reason other than damage to or a defect in the products and they have suffered any reduction in value as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products then you will be charged for that diminution in value and that charge will be deducted from your refund. 10. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of receiving the returned Products. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment, no refunds will be made in cash. We may withhold your refund until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest. 11. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. Those rights include your right to receive products which match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are reasonably fit for purpose. 12. 9 Payment Methods Paying by credit card: Insert your credit card number, its expiry date and CVV and the name of the cardholder. Without that information we cannot process your order. If you are paying by credit card you can place your order by calling our customer service team and placing your order verbally. CVV: This number is printed in the signature area of the back of your Visa/Mastercard. It is the last 3 digits on the signature strip. For American Express the four digit code is found on the front of the card. Can I use a card not in my name? The card must be issued in your name so that we can process the order and you must be 18 years or older. Direct Debit: If you have already provided us with your bank details you only need to cross the box Direct Debit. The bank account needs to be in your name in order to process the order. Privacy and Security Statement The information that you provide will be processed independently by Lifeplus Europe Limited and your Associate (together, we or us ) to process your orders and for general administration, marketing, statistical and management purposes. To do this, we will pass your details to agents and third parties who perform functions on our behalf, some of whom will be located outside the UK in particular in the USA. You are aware that the Company will transfer the data outside the European Economic Area ( EEA ) to the USA and understands that countries outside the EEA may not offer the same level of protection for such data as the UK. You can request details of these agents and third parties by contacting us at the address overleaf. You agree that we may provide your details to an alternative Associate should your current Associate cease to be a Lifeplus Associate. You can obtain from us a copy of the information which we hold about you which is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 and contact us at the address overleaf to correct any inaccuracies in your information. Your Associate may contact you with details of the services, opportunities, and products we provide, invite you to functions or contact you to obtain feedback on our services and products.
