Upon completion of every installation, customers are asked to sign an authorisation form verifying the workmanship and service. We also provide customers with a followup survey to rate their satisfaction with the job. QUALITY CONTROL Every installation is quality rated by the customer and sign off sheets collected. Collect and Deliver your new TV with accessories. ON THE JOB OUR Unpack and position your new TV. Set up your TV stand, Blu-ray player and other peripherals if purchased together with TV. Connect to Freeview, Sky/Freesat, Cable box, and DVD player. Calibrate the TV to ensure it is working optimally. Introduction and tutorial on key functions. FOR TV WALL MOUNTS WE WILL ALSO Conduct Telephone or On-Site Survey to help you design a custom home theatre experience. Fix your bracket securely to the wall (brackets should be purchased separately from an OrderWork partner retailer). Mount your TV to the bracket and hide all wiring within a plastic trunking service down the wall.

ON THE JOB OUR Unpack and set up your new PC, connect plugs and power up. Establish Internet Connection (must already be up and running) Set up account Complete Security Updates and demonstrate security features Unpack wireless router and connect to your existing internet connection. Ensure you have all the necessary connections and maximize performance of your new wireless network. FOR WIRELESS INSTALLS WE Secure your network, set up security updates, and demonstrate key security features. Make sure your PC is set up to log on to your wireless network and browse the internet freely from anywhere in your home. Connect and share up to two peripherals (printers and fax), and enable file sharing. Validate after we set everything up, we will confirm that you can access the internet via your new wireless network and make sure you know how to use it.

5 FREESAT AND DIGITAL AERIALS OrderWork s friendly, expert engineers help you make the complex simple: Once the customer has purchased the install service alongside their hardware purchase Freesat Set Top Box, Personal Video Recorder Box or Digital Aerial select the install service that matches your customer s viewing needs. Store staff can now process the in-home installation in the store at the till using OrderWork s Online service management software. Your local Aerial or Freesat Installer will contact the customer to schedule your installation. ON THE JOB YOUR Provide, install and align a suitable Satellite Dish or Aerial. Provide and install a suitable mounting bracket. For Aerials will provide masting service. Run the cables down an external wall to a suitable position to connect to your TV. Seal any wall entry holes against the elements. Conclude the cable to your home s TV using a crimp on cable connector. Confirm your new digital service connection to an agreed level. Installation professionally carried out. The engineer arrived within the time he quoted and was friendly and helpful.
