Like our earlier industry standards, Fasson FasClear and PRIMAX, Fasson Global Co-Ex incorporates polymer blending, co-extrusion, machine-direction-orientation (MDO) and cross-direction conformability into its design. The result is an optimum blend of converting, dispensing and on-container performance. The benefit is a low-gauge film labelling product with unparalleled versatility across a much wider range of applications. Fasson Global Co-Ex is available with either a clear or white opaque face-stock. It is coated with Fasson S692N, a clear, permanent acrylic adhesive with high cohesive strength and adhesion to low surface energy substrates.

4 Cast Co-Extrusion Engineering the right blend of polymer resins into a single film, results in labels with the desired clarity or opacity, as well as superior resistance to product spillage, scuffing, moisture and other end-use conditions. Our unique co-extrusion process offers this opportunity, and provides a robust print skin which when corona-treated accepts a wide mix of printing and stamping technologies - enabling bold, vibrant graphics. Machine-Direction Orientation: Machine direction orientation (MDO) aligns polymer chains in the machine direction only, allowing for cross-direction conformability. MDO gives the film a degree of rigidity, optimizing production by ensuring excellent registration, die-cutting and dispensing. Cross direction conformability accommodates compound curves and squeeze in containers. It also provides a forgiving drape that minimizes air entrapment within large decorated areas and hides container imperfections.
