3 Summary View The Rate Sheet product provides your credit union with the ability to create a document with the most up-to-date rates that is ready to hand out to members with the push of a button. The Rate Sheet groups each share type into one of these six categories: Savings Share Draft Money Market IRA IRA Certificate Share Certificate Through a user-friendly interface, your credit union can establish and maintain the presentation of the Rate Sheet. The Rate Sheet is fully functional and configurable without required customization; however, customization is optional. Symitar will install the files into test and production environments, provide training via WebEx, and support client questions during setup, testing and live operation. See below for a high-level view of each of the Rate Sheet components, the project process, and cost. The Rate Sheet Package will include the following files: Rate Sheet Spec File An on demand PowerOn spec file that creates a ready to print customized rate sheet. Rate Sheet Setup Spec file Provides a user interface for customizing the rate sheet to credit union specifications. Rate Sheet Font Types Help file A list of fonts available for the rate sheet. Rate Sheet Top Message Help file Contains the custom HTML message that appears at the top of the rate sheet. Rate Sheet Bottom Message Help file Contains the custom HTML message that appears at the bottom of the rate sheet. 1

4 Rate Sheet Sample Screen You can easily run the Rate Sheet as an on demand PowerOn spec file. This creates an HTML version of your rate sheet directly within Episys. Your employees will be able to hide one or all of the sections, print the rate sheet with the push of a button, and deliver it directly to members. 2

5 Rate Sheet Setup Interface Symitar provides a user-friendly interface to enable your credit union to maintain your Rate Sheet settings, including font types, font sizes, credit union name, logo name, title names, and more. With this easy setup, your credit union can maintain your Rate Sheet product settings with no programming experience. 3

6 Rate Sheet Project Process The Rate Sheet is fully functional and configurable without required customization; however, customization is optional. The project begins when your credit union submits a jsource CWR case for the Rate Sheet product. An Installation Specialist will be assigned and will contact you to start the project. The Installation Specialist will ensure that the Rate Sheet product is ready in a test SYM your credit union identifies, and then provide training on the Rate Sheet Setup Interface. The Installation Specialist will work with your credit union to clarify any issues involving settings and make sure user are ready for client testing. Once your credit union has user acceptance tested and given approval in your jsource case, the Installation Specialist will ensure that the Rate Sheet product is installed in the live environment. Symitar will provide support on the day your credit union goes live. If your credit union must have customization to go live with the product, you must first sign off on the package as it arrives out of the box before a Business Analyst can work with you on your customization requirements. An estimate is provided for the customization work including requirements, programming, testing, and support. Our analyst and programmer will work directly with your credit union through live implementation. Rate Sheet Costs The $1, base price includes the spec files, WebEx training, support during client testing, and installation support, including the first day live. The price of the service can be taken from a Service block or straight billed. Any customization is an additional cost. 4
