2 2015 Winter Gift Market Vendor Application Thank you for applying to be a part of the 2015 Winter Gift Market (formally called Holiday Sale). Please read through the entire application and complete in full. This application does not guarantee participation in the 2015 Winter Gift Market. We do not offer exclusivity, but we do reserve the right to limit a vendor s menu to allow all vendors equal success opportunity. 3

4 Booth Sizes & Prices Each designated space is assigned on a first come, first served basis. Each vendor space is taped-out and placed side-by-side with no room in between vendors. The booth spaces are the exact dimensions for your product and self. The entire booth space MUST include any lamp(s), chair(s), table(s), pay station, etc. There is NO additional storage outside of the booth. Booth fees are due upon acceptance into the event. Booth fees are nonrefundable once paid. Please note: Preferred booth size and previous booth location are not guaranteed. If a vendor is using electricity and did not pay fee, it will result in denial of future acceptance. Please note: Some places are not well lit on Thursday night for the Sneak Peek, please keep this in mind when considering purchasing electricity. Do you use display walls? 7 Insurance (Sample on Page 8) If accepted, all vendors must provide a copy of Certificate of Liability Insurance listing Denver Botanic Gardens as additionally insured. If you need additional information or clarification, please karlee.bobzien@botanicgardens.org. Indemnification I hereby release and forever discharge all Denver Botanic Gardens employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with my application to or participation in the Winter Gift Market. Denver Botanic Gardens will not be responsible for any injury sustained by vendors or guests while within the space designated for exhibits. Furthermore, I understand that I store my product at my own risk. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and will abide by the policies outlined in the application and vendor letter. I understand that failure to follow these regulations can mean expulsion from the Winter Gift Market or future events at Denver Botanic Gardens. Other forms included in this application will be the Payment Form and Event Rules and Regulations. The payment form will be ed to all accepted vendors. All vendors applying are encouraged to download the event rules and regulations. Both documents are applicable to this agreement.
