We are in this field since last 8 years. We are manufacturing winding wires as per IS : (Part 4 / Sec-3) 1995 We are manufacturing submersible winding wires by brand name " ASAIN" manufacturing with state of art technology. Our factory located at Gondal G.I.D.C.-ll, 4 kms. from Rajkot. We have skilled & experienced labor staff to produced quality winding wires. We have capacity of producing winding wires 5 tons per annum AN ISO 91 : 28 COMPANY Suprime Enterprise

These are not only fulfil the requirements of all available IS standards but even more better in many respets. These winding wires can with Stands water abrasions & frictional losses. We are uses EC grade copper for best quality & better conductivity. These copper is drawn & anneaded to stringent specification. They are insulated with very superior grade of polypropalere & polyesters Our rang of wires is.4m to 3.5 m conductor & outer diameter is as IS : Specification & also produced as per customer requirements.

7 Test to be carried out on conductor as per IS : 8783 (Part-1) : ) The density of annealed copper at a temperature of 2 C shall be taken as 8.89 gm/cm 2 2) The resistance at 2 C of a conductor of annealed copper of one meter in length & of uniform cross sectional area of one square millimeters shall be taken a ohm. The calculation of conductor resistance is given in table 3) Form of conductor : The conductors shall be circular solid as per the specific requirement the conductor shall be clean bright reasonably uniform in size & shape, smooth & free from slivers, spills, cracks & other harmful defects. 4) The conductors are suitable for use where the combination of ambient temperature rise due to load results is not exceeding 15 C. 5) These wires are strictly passes through high voltage test with latest equipments to avoid any critical problem while using. These wires shall with stand the test at room temperature when an AC voltage of 3 kv at frequency 5 hz is applied for one minute after immerson of the wire for minimum 12 hours in water.
