6 Magnets We used bar magnets tucked inside the unit to trap metals that were sent through the unit. Metals not being detected prior to the unit can cause sever damage to the core assembly. The following slide shows actual damage from large metal objects that entered the unit.

10 Sampling was done both wet and dry through the testing period. Different screen hole sizes along with different blade styles to determine the optimum operating combination for the materials being processed.

21 Wet Disposal Slurry system 1 This type of system has been tested and found to be very affective on reducing drilled cuttings into a disposable particle size. The flow rates found in these test ranged from 16-20/tons per hour at an average particle size of 80% less than 200 micron. The test documents are included in previous slides of this presentation. The main drawback of the test were metal particles that were included in the feed stream. Noting that, we ve begun to develop a metal excluder feeder complete with an inline metal detector to detect and eject both ferrous and non ferrous metals. A shaker and magnets prior to the inlet hopper of the feeder would also enhance the ability to clear tramp metals from the feed stream.

22 Wet Disposal Slurry system 2 This is a proposed cuttings grinding/cleaning system. It would have the ability to clean the cuttings by grinding in a water bath and processing the slurry after to remove the oils and contaminates which are broken out of the cuttings and suspended in the water. With this system, there would be a minimal amount of fluid utilized and you could affectively extract oils and contaminants form the cuttings and reduce the environmental impact of the disposal of these cuttings to a minimum. You could collect oils and filter water as you proceed to have a closed loop system.

23 Dry Disposal system 1 This system would be a truck mounted dry process designed to reduce the particle size and to aid in the blending of aggregate fines which is utilized in the soil farming of the drilled cuttings.

24 Dry Disposal System 4 This would be a portable unit that could be utilized in a multiple of different types of purposes. On locations such as drill sites to reduce disposal cost and transportation cost could be a possibility. This would need to be fed clean/metal free materials. Also looked into the dirt industry as far landscaping materials.

25 Grinder system side view End view Here we have the basic outline of our grinding,slurring system. This illustrates the basic size and foot print of the tank system. This would be accompanied by a compliment of pumps, shakers, magnets and feed augers to complete the system.
