Announcement No.21 of SELO Notice on Amendment of Conformity Declaration and Comparison Table for Stationary Pressure Vessel To enhance the basic safety requirements of stationary pressure vessel and more convenient for the applicants, SELO amends the Conformity Declaration and Comparison Table for stationary pressure vessel in the Notice for Pressure Special Equipment Manufacture Licensing (AQSIQ Notice No.151 [2012]) <see Appendix>,the Conformity Declaration and Comparison Table for transportable pressure vessel will not change. Please follow below requirements for application and query. 1. Declaration Approach (1) Domestic applicants shall submit the application documents in paper to SELO for review according to Implementation Requirement for TSG 21-2016 Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel (SESA Notice No.46 [2016]). (2) Oversea Applicants shall submit the application documents online according to Announcement No. 17 of SELO. 2.
