二 加强能力建设 夯实工作基础 Strengthen Capacity Building, Consolidate Work Basis 2010 年, 在 SPF 和 GCCSI 支持下, 中科院南海海洋研究所牵头开展了广东省 CCS 技术可行性研究, 分析了广东实施 CCS 的必要性和可行性, 提出了广东发展 CCS 技术路线图和有关政策建议 In 2010, on the support of SPF and GCCSI, SCSIO take a lead to started a Guangdong CCS Readiness Study Project, analyzed the necessary and feasibility of CCS, proposed the CCS development roadmap and related policy suggestion for Guangdong province. 2013 年 1 月, 赴英国实地考察 CCS 技术, 对其战略意义 政策框架 技术研发和应用等有了进一步的了解和认识 随后广东积极部署, 进一步推进 CCS 相关研究和实务 In Jan 2013, Guangdong representatives site visited UK CCS technology, gained further knowledge and understanding of its strategic meaning, policy framework, technical R&D and application etc. soon afterward Guangdong actively deploy and further accelerate CCS related research and practice. 广东 英国相关研究机构签署关于共同促进 产业与学术交流的备忘录, 并联合组建广东 产业与学术交流促进中心 Guangdong and UK related research institute together singed a MoU to promote industry and academic collaboration, and build a joint Guangdong industry and academic centre.
