URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR SUDAN Oil Exploration - Operation & Maintenance (O&M) JOBS SCOPE OF WORK. Introduction The SCOPE OF WORK as minimum will be carried out within the client oil exploration and development areas in Republic of South Sudan to cover Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for Production Resumption or any other as may be instructed by the client. Summary of Scope WORK/Services 1.1. Need to provide qualified Production Engineer, Lab Chemist, FPF Foreman, FSF Foreman, Maintenance Foreman, Flushing Foreman, Maintenance Planner, FPF Operators, FSF Operators, Mechanical Technician, Electrical Technician, Instrument Technician and Flushing Technician in two shifts as required by the client. Personnel scope of work shall is as follows but not limited to the following:- i. Process control of Field Processing Plant (FPF) and Field Surface Facility (FSF) not limited to process, instrument, electrical, chemical, metering, storage and pumps for crude, gas and produced water. ii. Operates control room consist of DCS, ESD, F&G and PAGA/CCTV system. iii. Operates and conduct periodically maintenance of FPF & FSF but not limited to mechanical, electrical & instrumentation equipment. iv. Operates laboratory but not limited to analysis of oil samples, provide advice on chemical usage/injection dosage, treatment of produced crude, industrial water analysis, scale analysis, chemical quality test, sediment, water and salt analysis for crude and consultancy services for produced water management. v. Inspect spare part stock at warehouse and prepare MR requirement reports for spare parts on monthly and annual basis. vi. Provide reports to the client for the works carried out on daily, monthly and annual basis. 3.3 The detail job description and minimum qualification and experience required by the client is per Attachment A. 3.4 duration of contract : 1 year Page 1 of 25

2. Duration of contract The duration of this CONTRACT shall commence from the Effective Date and remain in force for a period of twelve (12) calendar months or until terminated earlier as provided herein the CONTRACT. Client reserves the right to extend this contract for an additional twelve (12) months; by giving at least thirty (30) days notice prior to expiry of the initial Contract period. 6. the client Responsibilities 6.1 Client will provide transport within the field WORK SITES. 6.2 Client will provide accommodation and meals to the personnel are on work rotation at the field WORK SITES. 6.3 Client will provide first aid and medical facilities on work rotation at the field 6.4 Client will provide visa 7. Supplier Responsibilities 7.1 To provide CV s of 250 prospective candidates 7.2 To ensure that candidates fit into the job description attached along. 7.3 To provide air-tickets to and from destinations for candidates. 7.4 To replace any unsuitable candidates at no extra cost to the client 7.5 To confirm the offered monthly rate for each category (monthly rate will include 15% for local tax) (Candidates are required to work 6 working days in a week and each working day comprises of 12 hours) ATTACHMENT A 1. All personnel assigned to this contract shall report to the Production Department. 2. The basic functions of the team as follows: 2.1. PRODUCTION ENGINEER Reports To: Engineering Superintendent 2.1.1 Basic Function and Scope: Undertakes oil production engineering activities, such as planning oil production programmes, formulation of well control systems and generic engineering support for existing or new production facilities. Undertakes related studies and conceptual activities handled in-house / or by consultants in conjunction with the designated project teams and other sections within the Production Department. Provides in-house technical support to various engineering disciplines as required. Assists in the preparation of annual operating (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) budgets for the Section. Executes all activities under his control to ensure that the Company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures are fully implemented and adhered to, so that Loss Prevention is maximised. Similarly, ensures that subordinates are fully familiar with the HSE Safety rules and that these are accordingly and strictly observed by all Staff. Undertakes the development of National staff through a structured development and training programme. 2.1.2. Tasks and Duties: Page 2 of 25

Supervises the activities of any assigned personnel. Performs supervisory duties at the level established by management for the position. Undertakes all activities under his control to ensure that the Company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures are fully implemented and adhered to, so that Loss Prevention is maximised. Undertakes all activities to achieve work quality in accordance with the Company QA/QC standards and procedures. Undertakes the provision of technical support and advice on a wide variety of engineering matters to production / maintenance personnel, as and when requested. Plans and controls work programme for assigned activities. Liaises with production personnel in the fields and main office to provide technical support in the preparation of field development plans. Coordinates the preparation of project terms of reference and secures required input from concerned personnel. Liaises with Engineering Superintendent or other department staff to answer queries or provide additional or back up support as required. Assists in the development of the annual operating (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) budgets for the Section. Assists in the review of design packages prepared by consultants or in-house to ensure consistency with approved Company standards and requirements. Renders required assistance during project construction and commissioning phases. Page 3 of 25

Assists in the reviews, analyses of process and equipment production data to monitor and maintain familiarity with all production activities and status. Identifies existing or potential problems. Assists in calculation of mass balances of production for fiscal and reservoir management purposes, and predicts trends. Participates in setting production targets and performance standards and oversees the preparation of input into the monthly operations report. Investigates and troubleshoots any anomalies, irregularities or problems related to production facilities. Obtains and analyses relevant data based on circumstances and situations and develops appropriate solutions or specifies requirements for additional information or specialist assistance. Assists in initiating, analysing, processing and provision of technical input into the development of plant modifications or new facilities, from initial proposal inclusive of preparing "Statement of Requirements" through to commissioning and start up. Covering a diverse range; from the minor addition of a platform or walkway, or the redesign of a manifold or vessel; to the construction and installation of major new vessels, tanks, related pipe-work, instrumentation and other existing facilities. Assists in a variety of minor and major technical investigations, to monitor plant performance. Studies and analyses problems, assesses feasibility, optimises design and provides technical input into plant modifications and other projects. Includes making site visits to study problems or obtain information, specifying information requirements, and carrying out a variety of computer assisted and/or technical data gathering and analysis assignments. Participates and contributes towards HAZOP Reviews, Project Safety Reviews Technical Audits and Value Engineering during various phases of project implementation. Participates in Plant Performance test runs, following commissioning of Projects. Participates in technical studies concerning water injection and artificial lift projects, oil and gas operations, facilities optimisation or modification, as assigned. Assists in the development of operating, reporting and recording procedures for oil, gas and water production / injection performance. Assists in trials of new surface and downhole equipment and keeps abreast of technological development in the field of corrosion mitigation and control engineering and recommends their adoption by the Company. Undertakes other similar or related duties such as cooperating with consultants undertaking studies, developing improved systems and procedures, maintaining records for general and own reference. Undertakes the development of National staff through a structured development and training programme. Possess minimum of Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent. Possess minimum 7 years of experience in well surveillance. Familiar with Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP) operations and troubleshooting. 2.2. FPF FOREMAN Reports To: Supervisor Basic Function and Scope: Ensures the safe production operation of all FPF activities. Ensures that all oil & gas production safety control systems, inclusive of the ESD and fire fighting systems are fully functional. Page 4 of 25

Ensures the recording of all pertinent oil & gas production data. Ensures that the Company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures are fully implemented and adhered to, so that Loss Prevention is maximised. Similarly, ensures that subordinates are fully familiar with the HSE Safety rules and that these are accordingly and strictly observed by all Field Staff. Ensures the timely operation of such to minimise loss of production whilst again maximising Loss Prevention. Ensures that all necessary procedures and standing instructions are followed. Includes using approved and safe operating procedures for the FPF facilities. Prepares the daily FPF report, recording all relevant functions inclusive of any problems and actions taken to accordingly rectify. Undertakes other similar or related duties such as maintaining high level of house keeping, carrying out emergency FPF facility test runs and performing minor maintenance. Includes also ensuring that the FPF fire fighting system is checked and confirmed functional. Undertakes the development of National staff through a structured development and training programme. Possess minimum Diploma or BTech certificate in engineering or equivalent. Possess minimum 10 years experience in plant operation as a Foreman/Process Operator in oil & gas facilities. 2.3. Ensures that all the OGM and Well production and safety control systems are functional, inclusive of fire fighting systems. Responsible for the recording of all pertinent oil & gas production data. Responsible for ensuring that the Company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures are fully implemented and adhered to, so that Loss Prevention is maximised. Similarly, ensures that subordinates are fully familiar with the HSE Safety rules and that these are accordingly and strictly observed by all Field Staff. Drafts requests to supervisor to deal with unresolved problems. Responsible for the monitoring the checking of the quality of produced oil to ensure it is within the specified limits. Includes scheduling laboratory activities related to sampling and testing of oil. Authorising adjustment of chemical treatment programmes and injection rates. Assists in the planning of preventive maintenance schedules to minimise FSF facility down time and maximize oil production. Includes following up on maintenance work until successful completion, final inspection and acceptance of the work. Liaises with supervisor on any FSF shutdown or start-up. Ensures the timely operation of such to minimise loss of production whilst again maximising Loss Prevention. Participates in major overhauls and shutdowns by discussing production and maintenance of the surface facilities and the wells to determine most suitable time for shutdowns. Liaises with supervisor on well work-over or completions programme implementation. Responsible for the implementation of inspection and corrosion protection programmes. Responsible ensuring that the chemical supplies are adequate and that storage tanks are filled when necessary. Responsible for ensuring that all necessary procedures and standing instructions are followed. Includes using approved and safe operating procedures for the FSF facilities. Prepares the daily FSF report, recording all relevant functions inclusive of any problems and actions taken to accordingly rectify. Undertakes other similar or related duties such as maintaining high level of house keeping, carrying out emergency FSF facility test runs and performing minor maintenance. Includes also ensuring that the FSF fire fighting system is checked and confirmed functional. Undertakes the development of National staff through a structured development and training programme. Rationalises the maintenance and accommodation access needs to ensure that the maximum planned activities are carried out, whilst continuously updating the short term plan to meet any highlighted omissions. Liaises with production Section Head Field Production Operations and Engineering Superintendent to ensure programme optimisation of all maintenance activities. Undertakes the preparation of the short-term maintenance plan based on the approved long-term activities plan. Includes identifying in the early stages of maintenance projects, the report-back system from sites via relevant proformas. Attends monthly project progress review meeting, highlights the effect of progress on the projects budget and prepares minutes of meetings. Utilises computer software to run and update information systems showing progress of work against plan and provides comparisons on project performance. Assists the Maintenance Superintendent, and participates in the ongoing development, of comprehensive planning and material control procedures including the computerized system plan, computer input, records management and schedule and reporting hierarchy. Implements and maintains standardized planning and material control procedures and formats for the full range of in-house and contractor project reporting requirements. Undertakes the preparation, monitoring and updating of all project planning and material control documentation, including reviews of contractor progress reports and schedules. Liaises with Information Technology Department to research and recommend suitable software for work requirements, consults with computer software representatives to select specific packages, and supervises data and information input to system. Liaises with computer maintenance personnel to solve problems arising from hardware breakdown, and with software houses for solving software problems. Prepares, monitors, updates and issues on a regular basis, project programmes and all individual project precedence networks, schedules and monthly project reports, including the preparation and issuance of monthly material status shortage reports. Highlights areas of concern, material delivery slippage and related materials and incorporates reviews and endorsement of contractor project schedules and reporting documents. Monitors the progress reported by contractors at all stages to record actual performance against plan.
