The conference will run from the 17 20 May 2015 at the Skukuza est Camp in the Kruger National Park. The point? Terms and Conditions A sponsor booking is provisional until full payment has been received. Sponsorship options will only be confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received. Payment can be made by credit card or electronic transfer. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only. A cancellation notice received by 15 February 2015 will entitle a reimbursement of 50% of the sponsorship payment. No reimbursement will be possible after 15 February 2015. Please note that signing the sponsorship contract overleaf indicates the acceptance of these conditions. Once an application has been made, an invoice will be generated and sent to you. Upon receipt of a 50% deposit, we will send you a confirmation of sponsorship letter. The outstanding balance is due by 15 February 2015.
