Website Survey Questions & Results: #2 Were you able to complete your task? Answered: 220 Skipped: 2 Survey Results: Oct. 3 17, 2013

Website Survey Questions & Results: #3 Survey Results: Oct. 3 17, 2013 If you were not about to complete your task, why not? Answered: 16 Skipped: 206 I would have liked more information regarding the kit (performance management) before buying It was due to power failure in my country. I was able to find what i was looking for but it took some digging. I assumed it would be considered a resource but it was in the learning center. Not familiar with site Didn t get a full grasp on exactly how the survey was given. I d like to see some sample questions or something that is engaging about the survey.

Website Survey Questions & Results: #4 Any suggested improvements for us? Answered: 53 Skipped: 169 Survey Results: Oct. 3 17, 2013 More name recognition. I didn t realize you offered as much as you do and I get emails from you often Yes, strongly suggest you have a print button before submitting. We go back and study as a company our top 3 things and bottom 3 things so we can improve. BCW job board. It s not very easy to navigate. It doesn t look sleek or eye catching. The things on the admin page are indistinguishable from the each other. Promote testimonial videos like you did at cla 2012 with bill Hybals More testimonials, video and mobile friendly The site feels very dated, from the logo to the font selection and colors. It didn t feel modern or relevant. Truly...it works well. If I didn t know what you were about, I am not sure I would easily understand it. So, if there was a way to more easily list the various ways you support ministries, almost like bullets, where you can elaborate on each one. Also, pictures of the staff would be nice when the names come up. Thank you. It would be nice to include some pricing information on the site if you can. I had to dig to find it. The website looks a little outdated, and give the impression that the survey is outdated as well. Brand and site are very outdated. As a two-time BCW winner, we d love to help Update the site. Tell folks WHY they ll want to become a BCW.

Website Survey Questions & Results: #5 Would you recommend the BCWI site to your friends and colleagues? Answered: 220 Skipped: 2 Survey Results: Oct. 3 17, 2013
