2014 ST AUGUSTINE S PARISH SCHOOL Position: ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (Education Support Officer - Administration), Grade 2 Commencing: 25 Aug 2014 Non-Teaching (Permanent) - 35 Hours per Week Role Description/Criteria: Previous experience working in an office team. Commitment to support and contribute to the Catholic ethos of the school. Experience in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Publisher, etc) and data bases (currently using CeSIS and DUX Finance). Perform administrative duties as required, including but not limited to: administering First Aid, receipting of payments, reception duties at the front desk, answering the telephone and ensuring messages are distributed in a timely manner, School Banking, distribution of incoming mail, photocopying and distribution of newsletter. Demonstrate organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines whilst presenting work in a professional manner. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Hold a current, or be prepared to undertake training to obtain, a Senior First Aid Certificate. 42 weeks per year.
