Susan Jeffers Enabling leadership for thriving organisations and positive social change Are you an experienced leader in a senior role looking for something different? Are you ready to take the next step in developing your leadership experience and portfolio of skills? Do you want to expand your networks and make a positive social impact? Folio Community Leadership Program The Folio Community Leadership Program (FCLP) is an intensive six month program for experienced leaders in senior roles which follows the principles of the acclaimed Williamson Community Leadership Program. What you can expect The Folio program takes participants on a Deep Dive experience in leadership inside and outside the workplace. Leadership without authority, especially for those in senior roles, requires specific skills in collaboration and communication, as well as the ability to connect and converse with other leaders from different perspectives and backgrounds to solve complex problems. Delivered with a robust facilitated framework, based on the Leadership Victoria leadership model, it combines personal profiling, a residential retreat, monthly workshops, site visits, guest speakers and seminars. A key learning component is undertaking a real community project. This project will be for the life of the program and beyond, providing opportunity to develop and apply collaboration, community leadership and communication skills. Folio provides the ultimate networking opportunity with participants drawn from senior roles across the government, corporate and community sectors; enabling participants to connect and converse with other leaders from different perspectives and backgrounds to solve complex problems. Folio presents an opportunity for organisations to retain senior talent and for the individual to develop a folio career in their organisation and in the community.
