MOMAD METROPOLIS will take place at Feria de Madrid from February 3 to 5, 2017. From 10 a.m. To 7 p.m. Last day until 5 p.m. OPEN TO: Trade visitors only COINCIDING TRADE FAIRS: BISUTEX, MADRIDJOYA and INTERGIFT 1 HOW TO BE AN EXHIBITOR 1.1. Space is contracted by filling in the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM that is available on the trade fair s website: 1.2. EXHIBITORS WHO TOOK PART AT MOMAD METROPOLIS LAST EDITION : To maintain your preferential status as a previous exhibitor, please send your online application before 27 October, 2016. 1.3. A space reservation is formalized on receipt of the first payment of 50% of stand costs prior to 21 November 2016. If payment is not received, there has not been a confirmed reservation which entitles the trade fair organizer to re-sell the space without having to inform the exhibitor. 1.4. Any clothing, fur, accessories and point of sale services company may register to take part in MOMAD METRÓPOLIS. 1.5. A signed and submitted the application form constitutes an irrevocable commitment by the applicant and entails the total acceptance of the IFEMA General Rules on Participation as well as those specific to the trade fair and any generic regulations which may be established by the trade fair organisers. All rules are available at 1.6. In the event that the EXHIBITING COMPANY designates another entity to make any of the payments involving its participation, it must supply all of the invoicing information necessary. If the designated entity fails to take responsibility for the aforementioned payments by the advised deadlines, the EXHIBITING COMPANY shall be responsible for them upon first request by IFEMA. 1.7. Occupation of the reserved space will not be authorized and prefabricated stands will not be delivered, where appropriate, until the exhibitor has fully paid for the contracted space, the services contracted and the catalogue insertion fee. 1.8. Payment of costs in full is the pre-requisite condition for the exhibitor s goods and equipment to be removed from the stand. SERVIFEMA will issue an authorization to all exhibitors who have complied with the requirements of the preceding paragraph, so they can remove their merchandise. 2 SPACE CONTRACTING AND MORE INFORMATION 2.1. The allocation of exhibition spaces will be carried out by Trade Fair Management. Priority over new exhibitors will be given to those companies which participated at the last edition, taking their preferences as well as the affinities existing between companies with similar products into account as far as possible. 2.2. Stands at EGO are reserved for young designers, emerging designers or new firms with a small collection and a market presence of no more than three campaigns, as the spaces are only 6 m2. Follow these steps for the evaluation of new applicants: 1. Send the event managers an email containing the company's CV along with photos or a website link and a description of the product or collection to be presented (spring/summer or autumn/winter). E-mail: metropolis@ifema.es Reference: EGO application. 2. Once this information has been received, if you meet the above-mentioned requirements the event managers will send you a Participation Application form to be filled in and returned. If there is a space available, you will receive an email with your allocated space; otherwise, you will be informed that it has not been possible to accept your application. IMPORTANT: Filling in a Participation Application form does not entail the automatic allocation of a space, as the number of EGO stands is limited in each area of the fair. Once these stands have been occupied, no further applications will be accepted. 2.3. Retail sales are not permitted for the duration of the trade fair. 2.4. Exhibitors are only permitted to set up catwalks at their stands with prior authorisation from the trade fair. 2.5. All photographs that are taken by the official photographer at the request of trade fair management may be used by the trade fair for promotional purposes.

3 MODULAR STAND DESCRIPTION 3.1. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MODULAR STAND Modular Stand With Racks FOR REFERENCE ONLY Stand open to aisles. Stands open to 3 or more aisles, could have at least two L-shaped walls if the Exhibitor requests it. Structure made of white melamine panels that are 31,5 cm thick that will reduce your stand net surface and measuring 1.83 metres in height. Fair-type carpeting for the floors. Lighting by means of towers with 300 W spotlights: 1 spot-light for every 2.5 sq.m. of stand. Stands open to 3 or more aisles, please contact the Technical Services Department. Fascia board featuring name of the exhibitor and stand number on each side open to the aisle. A 500 W plug for every 10 sq.m. of stand. For stands measuring up to 20 sq.m.: 1 white round table, 4 white chairs and a white low cupboard. For every additional 20 sq.m. of stand: 1 white round table and 3 white chairs. Stands EGO: 1 white round table, 3 white chairs and a white low cupboard. Stands with Racks 1 linear metre of rack for every 3 sq.m. of stand. The hanging height can be regulated to 1.60 metres and 1.80 metres approx. Stands with Shelving 2 x 1.5 m adjustable height shelves with lighting for every 4 sq.m. 31 5 cm 2 m Modular Stand With Clothes Shelves FOR REFERENCE ONLY 31 5 cm 183 cm 3.2. OBSERVATIONS 31 5 cm 31 5 cm Stands in Kids are fitted with the same equipment as modular stands. It is not permitted to make any holes in the panels or furniture provided in the stand, or to bang in any nails or stick any materials onto same. Decorative elements that are more than 1.83 metres in height are not permitted. This includes: products, posters, pictures, decorative elements, displays, etc... If you would like to personalise your stand by changing the panels in some way, please contact the Technical Department (stecnica@ifema.es) All services or modifications that you wish to add or change,which deviate from these basic features are at the expense of the exhibitor. We will try to adapt the layout of all the elements which form the stand including necessary structural ones which support the stand and any additional ones requested according to the wishes of the exhibitor if it is technically possible and if the plan is received with relevant instructions at least 15 days before build-up. Once the stand has been assembled, changes in the location of any of the elements previously described, and of which the Management has not been notified, shall be billed. The omission of any element of the prefabricated stand by the exhibitor does not reduce the cost. All materials used, both structural or electrical, are rented, and therefore, if damaged, the exhibitor shall be billed at current rates. 4 RULES FOR FREE DESIGN STANDS 4.1. The construction of free design stands is only permited for stands larger than 30 sq.m. 4.2. The exhibitor must label their space with the corresponding stand number in accordance with the event s official floor plan. 4.3. The maximum height of any element that forms part of the stand is 1.83 m., measured from the floor of the hall. Free-design stands shall not exceed a height of 1.83 m. from the floor, including the platform. Only lighting structures between 3 and 6 metres from the floor may be hung from the ceiling of the hall and these must be undecorated (i.e. no banners, signs, logos, flags, etc.). Stands attached to a wall: The maximum height of any element situated near to the perimeter wall shall be 4 m. Any specific element raised to a maximum height of 6 m. shall be set back from the perimeter by a minimum distance of 1 m. The walls that are attached to the side of the hall may also be raised to a maximum height of 6 m. 4.4. Free design Project (floor, front and side elevations plan with dimensions), must be submitted before January 2, 2017 to Ifema Technical Secretaria( stecnica@ifema.es) in order for assembly of the stand to begin. Also, the set-up fee (assembly rights) must be paid for and the workplace hazard protocol form must be completed beforehand. 4.5. Set up Fees: The Company entrusted with the setting up of free-design stands must pay the corresponding setting up fee to IFEMA prior to the commencement of said Works under the heading of services rendered during the trade fair s set up and dismantling period. Set up fees Type A: undecorated spaces and fitted with carpeting or platform: 2.01/sq.m. + 10% VAT. (1) Type B: basic modular stands made of aluminium or similar: 4.02/sq.m + 10% VAT. (1) Type C: free-design modular stand made of aluminium, wood and other materials: 6.32/sq.m + 10% VAT. (1) 4.6. These specific regulations complement any regulations regarding assembly that are established in the General Participation Rules that govern all IFEMA fairs.the interpretation and application of the rules in each specific case shall be the responsibility of IFEMA, which reserves the right to make certain exceptions if this is deemed necessary, based on a sense of respect for the overall image of the fair and the visibility of neighbouring stands. 4.7. For security reasons, the storage of packages in the halls is strictly prohibited 5 ADVERTISE AND COMMUNICATE YOUR PRESENCE AT THE TRADE FAIR 5.1. Send your customers electronic invitations from the exhibitors area. 5.2. Communicate the latest information about your exhibits by publishing your news free of charge on our website in the exhibitor s area 5.3. Use the Promotional Elements provided by the trade fair: Banners. Advertising in catalogues, guides, etc. Logos on maps. Outdoor advertising throughout the exhibition centre. Social media. 5.4. The Trade Meeting-Point This tool is located in the Exhibitors Area and can be used to make contact with the database of registered trade visitors. You can send them information regarding your company, including your exact location at the trade fair, your new products and services and any initiatives of interest. 5.5. Meetings Service This service can also be found in the Exhibitors Area. With this tool you can arrange meetings at the trade fair with visitors and other exhibitors registered at the Trade Meeting-Point. 5.6. Forum Momad Contact trade fair management to suggest activities of interest and/or take part in this area.

6 PARTICIPATION RATES STAND PRICE (1) SPACE ONLY Exclusively from 30 sq.m on SPACE + MODULAR STAND. From 10 to 29.5 sq.m SPACE + MODULAR STAND. From 30 sq.m SPACE+ KIDS STAND. From 10 sq.m SPACE + EGO Stand (6 sq.m) Exclusively for new emerging designers 119 /sq.m+ VAT 199 /sq.m+ VAT 189 /sq.m+ VAT 145 /sq.m+ VAT 103 /sq.m+ VAT 6.1. PRICE PER SPACE INCLUDES: Daily cleaning of the stand itself (not the objects on display) Electricity consumption: 130W/sq. m. Multiferia insurance covering up to 30,000. Civil liability insurance covering up to 60,000. 20 free customised email invitations for each sq.m of stand reserved at via the Exhibitor Area. Exhibitor Passes are available exclusively at from the Exhibitors Area. 5 Exhibitor Passes are assigned to stands under 25 sq.m and 1 additional pass every extra 5 extra sq.m to a maximum of 25 passes before February 2, 2017. If additional passes are required, the request should be submitted to metropolis@ifema.es before January 9, 2017 and these will be invoiced at a cost of 6 + VAT(1) each. 6.2. WAYS TO PAY Please see the application form. 6.3. PAYMENT DEADLINES: Before November 21, 2016: 50% payment due. A 5% discount on total cost of space/space with modular stand.will be applied if 100% payment is made Before January 2, 2017: remaining 50% payment due 6.4. COMPULSORY GENERAL SERVICES: As an exhibitor you must pay a Presence in Promotion and Service Elements fee of 300 + VAT (1). This is for your presence in the Official Exhibitor Catalogue (available at ), the Exhibitor Preview, the Visitor s Guide, Interactive Information Points, on the floor plans shown in the halls and 1 wifi user per each Presence in Promotion and Service Elements contrated as well as other services available on Internet in the Exhibitor s Area. If you contract your stand after the date on which each of these items is closed, which means you cannot be included in them, you will still be charged the fee. You must complete and update your Catalogue details via the Exhibitors Area. (1) For companies established in the Spanish territory (excluding Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla): 10% VAT is not included. For the rest of companies this operation is not subject to Spanish VAT. For European Union companies, the exhibitor will be responsible for paying the applicable VAT in the country of incorporation.

Fill in the form to participate in the Promotion and Service Elements in Exhibitors Area, at. MOMAD METRÓPOLIS management cannot guarantee the exhibitor s listing in the Official Catalogue if registration is received after this deadline, nor is the exhibitor exempted from payment of the established fee for this reason.
