Why We focus on assisting our clients and networks to overcome immediate and short-term resource requirements. How Availability The majority of the 45 nem Partners can make themselves available, at relatively short notice, to cover the unexpected or planned absence of executives undertaking critically important roles, functions or projects. Relationships Unlike traditional Interim Management and contracted Project Management roles, nem Partners are not looking to become permanent staff members and do not need to develop deep social and emotional interaction with the organisation. Specialist Skills The nem Partner s have varied industry and specialist skills, which provides expert assistance and guidance. This helps ensure key project deliverables are met, the permanent employment process is not rushed and the best possible appointments are made. Efficiency nem Partners are also unlikely to be required on a full-time basis once the critical functions of the role or project are understood and are being managed. This makes the engagement of a high calibre specialist nem Partner a very viable and commercially affordable proposition for most organisations. 2 nem Australasia Pty Ltd
