Quick Reference Card Map General Ledger Accounts to a Company 1. From the home page, select General Ledger and click Company Mapping. Figure 1. Home Page 2. The GL Company Mapping page displays. Select an account for the selected payroll item. - If you need to map more than one general ledger account to the selected payroll item, click the Add link. Then elect another account. Add as many accounts as you need. - If you map more than one general ledger account to the selected payroll item, select either a dollar amount or percentage amount for each general ledger account. Enter the dollar or percentage amount by typing the amount and selecting $ or % from the menu to the right of the amount.

3. The GL Mapping for New Vehicle Sales Department page displays (where New Vehicle Sales is the name of the department).
