3 : Key Performance Criteria Excellence. Security. Steel security rated doors are designed to withstand physical attack for varying periods of time, with a variety of attack tools. The longer the attack time, and the more aggressive the tools used, the higher the doors performance rating. It is anticipated that the European Standard, EN1627-30 (RC ratings), which incorporates both human intervention and body strength performance testing, will eventually become the Harmonized standard; currently this is a voluntary standard and, as such, Teckentrup has adopted it in anticipation of it becoming mandatory. In the meantime UK private company standards PAS24, BRE LPS1175 (SR ratings) and Exova STS202 (BR ratings) ratings are commonly used in new build construction. 4 : Range High Performance. Security. Thin Rebate Stainless Option Teckentrup 62mm insulated steel doors are heavy-duty products suitable for high traffic and exposed external, high wind locations. Doors are constructed from galvanized steel, with insulated cores and supplied with heavy-duty hinges, security bolts and captive seals. Available in PPC finish, either in white primer or any RAL colour, dw62 doors are also available in optional stainless steel constructions and with vision panels. Multi-Purpose Security Doors dw62 1/2 & dw62 XL 1/2 A thin rebate product priced competitively with UK standard un-insulated doors. It is a versatile product offering test evidence for security, bullet and fire resistance. It has also achieved a high acoustic attenuation rating. This product has been tested to: The T60-FSA insulated fire door is a competitively priced, thin rebate fire door that achieved RC2, RC3 & RC4 ratings when tested to European Security Standard EN1627.
