The interviewees expect a strong growth of home delivery, delivery to third places (e.g. convenient places like collection terminals) and delivery to the workplace This will lead growing importance of reverse logistics, evening/ weekend delivery, delivery- speed (look 4h service of BOL) and punctuality.
