Liaise on behalf of the principal with school community and service providers Perform school tours Enrolments Registrar & Student Services Co-Ordinator Manage enquiries from students, parents, employees and the general public, making appropriate notes and referrals and briefing Leadership relating to any appointments as necessary Supervise the operations of the school s processes in relation to overseas students Prepare Government and Statutory Authority returns for authorisation by others (eg. Student Transfers, February and August returns etc.) Review and finalise reports for external agencies and organisations including familiarisation with the requirements and procedures of those agencies and organisations

4 Assist in the production of mid-year and end of year student reports Set up and co-ordinate Reception inductions Manage enrolment enquiries and interview times Set up new students in Roll Classes in consultation with the Principal Invoice Acceptance Fees including credits, and invoice students starting part way through the year in consultation with the Business Manager Archive Student Records Administration Supervision of Front Office staff and assist with customer service duties (including collection and receipting of money), as required Use computer software packages, including desk top publishing, database and/or web software and management information systems at an advanced level.
