Gas Analysis Main Control Unit (MCU) and Remote Control Unit (RCU). Hand-held Remote Control Unit with reporting printout capability, data memory and PC communication. Full compliance to EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) or equivalent standard or Protocols (CTM-030 and CTM-034). The most advanced portable emissions analyzers with stack velocity measurements and stack emissions mass calculations according to most common reference methods. Heated sampling probe and gas tubing, internal cooling trap and condensate drain supplied as a standard. NO, NO and NO measurement with full compliance to CTM-022 EPA 2 X protocol. Measurement capability for O, CO, CO, NO, NO, SO, C H with EC 2 2 2 2 x y (electrochemical cell) and CO and C H with IR dedicated NDIR. 2 x y SPLIT architecture The new concept of split architecture applied to EcoLine 6000 combustion analyzer simplify the test activity. EcoLine 6000 consists on two sections: the gas analysis Main Control Unit (MCU) and the Remote Control Unit (RCU). The communication between the two sections is via standard RS232. The MCU is a true, portable, flue gas laboratory. It includes: aspiration pump, filters, condensate drain with peristaltic pump, gas sensors and electronics. It can be positioned near the stack sampling point and it can work also as a stand alone unit (black-box). The operator can survey the overall operation at distance by using the Remote Control Unit. The RCU is used to display and memory store the analysis data, to printout data, and to transfer data to a Personal Computer. Optional DBGas 2000 software package help operator to manage analysis data. DBGas 2000 - Gas Analysis Database Manager can store 9000 readings structured by Tags. Using the optional DBGas2000 TM Windows software package, you can organize and manage your inspection and maintenance activity. DBGas 2000 software package TM includes GasConfig Windows software. With this software you can modify the configuration of the instrument. O2 5.9% CO 74ppm CO2 120ppm Ta 20.0 C Tf 90.4 C *
Split architecture A new concept in Measurement and Analysis Systems Modularity and Operative flexibility The Clean Air Act, promulgated in U.S.A. in 1970, was certainly the first law that regulates air emissions from area, stationary and mobile source. EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and other countries or states Regulatory Agency elaborate affordable and reasonable methods of achieving environmental compliance to verify stated emissions limits. A number of official Protocols has been elaborated to verify industrial emissions using portable analyzers to ensure air quality compliance. These Protocols are the guidelines which prescrive the techical performances of the electrochemical sensor based analyzers to be used, as well as calibration and testing procedure which should be followed to assure valid emission data. The new shows technical specifications and performances in compliance with the above Protocols and therefore can be used in periodic testing in many countries, states and regions. compliance with the above Protocols and therefore can be used in periodic testing in many countries, states and regions. The Eurotron analyzer is designed to meet the specific requirements, mostly related to sample conditioning, flow and temperature control. The most meaningful compliance data are described in the Eurotron Application Bulletin, available on request. This bulletin compare the Protocol requirements with the specific Eurotron relevant solution built on analyzer. Other operative modes include draft measurement, report printout, data logging and PC interface. The built-in impact type printer, using standard paper roll, allows operator to generate a full comprehensive and "long life" report. The internal memory can store up to 9000 full analysis data. The digital interface (RS232) allows communication with a PC for instrument configuration, data transfer, and storage.
GAS a powerfull test engine with compliance to EPA's and other state Protocols Highlights Sensors technology The EcoLine 6000 analyzer uses long life temperature compensated EC (electrochemical) sensors. Expected life is over 2 years for Oxygen and over 3 years for toxic gases on typical applications. They can also be supplied precalibrated for easy and immediate replacement. CO sensor is protected against overrange by an electrovalve and fresh air purge pump. combustion values. Most used fuels for your country are preloaded from factory. Others fuels can be added using GasConfig PC software. Sampling system The built-in water trap drain the condensate moisture periodically from the system with a peristatic pump. A dual filtering system (quartz + line) will clean the gas sample before the analysis. to maximize the sensor life by switching the pump off, between two acquisition. Keyboard & Display RCU Keypad allows the operator to enter all operative modes following easy menu driven instructions. An high contrast graphic LCD (44 x 62 mm) is equiped with a backlit device. It displays the Condensate drain Power Supply Calibration A built-in procedure allows easy and automatic span sensor calibration using standard gas cylinder. Periodic zero calibration doesn't require to remove probe from stack; an internal electrovalve switch to an auxiliary pneumatic circuit for fresh air. A pneumatic connector for remote zero air is available. Electronic Flow meter An automatic built-in system measure flow of sampling gas and adjust the pump to obtain a constant sampling volume. A visual and acoustic alarm indicate a low rate. Multi Fuel selection EcoLine 6000 provides up to 10 fuels for calculating Industrial probe Gas probe Flue gas sampling probes with different lenght, shape and max. operating temperature (800 C and 1000 C) are available to match the requirement of different applications. A sintered prefilter is suggested for heavy applications. Industrial probe & compact cooler unit A special sampling probe is available for industrial high temperature applications. This probe can be used connected to an external gas conditioning unit (see related bulletins). This compact unit cool the gas sample to dry it. The cooler unit is strongly suggested for NO 2 & SO 2 long term measurements. Long term monitoring The industrial design and the high technology applied to the EcoLine 6000, allows to perform long term gas analysis. It is possible acquire data at programmed intervals. Data will be stored on the internal MCU memory. An "intelligent" procedure allows Gas Inlet Probe heater Impact Printer T. Flow and T. Return Inputs measured and the calculated parameters in your preferred format (Zoom function 3, 6 or 12 lines). Parameters can be also displayed in a bargraph mode. Built-in printer RCU is available with a built-in, rugged impact printer. It uses a low cost common roll of paper (58 mm large, 18 meters long). Certainly more readable, long time and heat resistant than the thermal printout on chemical paper. Specifications Pressure & Draft The instrument is equipped with an internal differential sensor to measure pressure and stack draft. Differential pressure measurement could be used, e.g., for stack gas velocity by using an optional pitot tube. Smoke index Smoke index measurement can be obtained using a special heated probe, supplied on request, and through a dedicated internal procedure that compute the required volume of flue gas sample throught the in line filter. The results can be obtained by comparison with the Smoke Index Table and memory stored to be printed in the report. T+RH% probe Optional probe for simultaneous measurement of ambient temperature and relative humidity (%RH) for index of comfort measurements. Ambient CO probe Optional probe to monitor ambient CO concentration to keep the operator in a safe ambient. The instrument gives acoustic and visual alarm if the set limit (according to the OSHA recommendation) are exceeded. Gas sniffer probe To detect and locate the position of a gas leak into pipe network. Gas velocity An internal procedure allows Parameter Sensor Range Res.
