Project 2017 Establish a joint venture for a reefer service provider with Chinese technical and capital support, which will produce power wagons in China. The service can run through NCExpress I via Zabaikalsk by rail and NCExpress II via Slavyanka by rail+sea.
DG Cargoes Transportation Platform I Industry background After Tianjin port explosion, the DG cargo transportation become more difficult but the demands are still high. The DG cargo can run through EU and RU railways but are forbidden in CN. Project 2017 NCExpress II (via Slavyanka) + North-East Asia feeder service + DG truck fleet provides one-stop service
