Supplier should be intimated if any penalty is charged due to delivery failure. Abu Dhabi Health Services Company,UAE About SEHA SEHA (Abu Dhabi Health Services) is owned by Abu Dhabi Government. SEHA has 10 facilities, 12 hospitals, 2644 licensed beds and more than 40 Ambulatory and primary health clinics. All these 12 hospitals as a part of their function buy pharmaceutical and consumable items. SEHA corporate being an administrative body with their strategic sourcing methods provide drugs at optimum price. Also many facilities which have other common need for drugs do this sourcing part by themselves. So to meet SEHA corporate and facility requirements Evosys has implemented Oracle Sourcing and isupplier portal. Business Problems There were on average 70 to 80 criteria for which suppliers have filled their responses and it is practically impossible to evaluate each and every criteria of them for all suppliers. Client had to reduced them to 15 evaluation criteria by grouping meaning of some same or similar criteria. They wanted a Design of flow which evaluates according to their functional requirement. Taking the information from the system, make it available for evaluation to the users on Evosys designed platform and inserting the output of the same in system again by maintaining the data consistency

Solution Provided Implementing end to end Oracle Sourcing for generation of GBPA and LPO (Standard Purchase orders) for Pharmaceutical drugs. Evosys has designed flow as creation of RFQ and GBPA in application by taking complete evaluation process on customized Oracle form. Evosys designed the custom oracle form by taking in to consideration that what information they need from Oracle application and what information the form should deliver to Oracle application. The information flow was controlled by providing access to users by their part in the evaluation process. Challenges Designing the complete customize flow of Sourcing evaluation Maintaining the data confidentiality and Maintaining the data consistency. Real time first level support to client while evaluation. Implementing the same customize solution in other facilities by tailoring them as per their needs by maintaining the synchronization with basic SEHA functionalities. Evosys has provided access to information on several basis such as Phase in Evaluation process, part user plays in evaluation process and even the facility from which users are accessing the evaluation form.
