1. GENERAL INFORMATION 1.1 Purpose of this Document This is a document to introduce the Reseller Portal in BroadPOS.
1.2 Intended Audience and Reading Suggestions This manual is designed for Reseller.
1.3 Operating Environment BroadPOS can operate under Windows XP and Windows 7. BroadPOS supports IE8.0 and later.

1.5 Reseller Portal System Reseller Portal System is special design for resellers to manage their POS terminal related information. It consists of four parts, namely, My Profile, My terminal, User Management and My Profile. User Management is used to manage various types of users. The reseller can add new users to this system, reset the password of users. And operations including edit, activate, inactivate and delete are available in this part. My Profile is used to manage the profile of the reseller. The reseller can manage the information by viewing, editing its own information. My Merchants is used to manage merchant information. By using Merchant Management, you can manage Merchant Information and POS Terminal. My Terminals is used to manage POS terminal. By using My Terminals, you can manage POS Information, POS Application, POS Parameter and POS Activation. My SIMs is used to manage SIM. By using My SIMs, you can manage the SIMs, and check its usage and Billing Statement. My Tickets is used as a help desk. By using My Tickets, you can raise questions and PAX will deal with them ASAP.
