K Kindermoden NORD Since 1995 the largest children s fashion fair trade of North Germany is held in the MesseHalle Hamburg-Schnelsen. Always on the 2nd weekend in February the order of the autum/winter collections and on the 1st weekend of August the order of the spring/ summer collections starts. K K Kindermoden NORD Ordering fair First and foremost, the Kindermoden Nord is a fair where ordering takes place. Both the exhibitors and the visitors use it as a platform for this purpose. Advertising methods More than 2,000 individual retailers from Germany and Scandinavia are invited to the fair. The multi-stage mail shots are made up of postcards, catalogues and e-mail invitations. Furthermore, all of the important information about the fair, the exhibitors, the collections and the fair s highlights is published on the website. Professional visitors All visitors have to register in advance or at the fair and provide proof that they are a professional visitor. The free entry, free parking and comprehensive free fair catalogue increase the appeal for professional visitors. Free services Exhibitors also enjoy many free services on site. Parking during the entire fair, setting up and dismantling is free, as is WiFi access. In addition, there is free coffee during the whole fair. Location The perfect location in the centre of North Germany, directly next to the A7, A23 and A1 motorways, 1,600 free parking spaces, good connections to the local public transport network, only 20 minutes from the city and the airport by car, a taxi stand right in front of the door - all of this guarantees that exhibitors and visitors can reach the event location as easily as possible from Germany and the neighbouring countries. Our Services K Kindermoden NORD Stand construction We offer you ready-made stands. You can order the necessary equipment and furnishings individually according to your requirements, simply and directly from us. This includes, for example, carpet, electricity, tables, windows, spotlights, etc. Our team is happy to advise you in this matter and will give you all the assistance you require. Alternatively, you have the opportunity to have a highly modern, tailor-made stand created for you by our professional stand builders. This will enable you to stand out and draw more of the visitors attention to your stand. You are also welcome to bring your own exhibition stand with you. Technology and special equipment In addition to electricity and water supplies and free WiFi, we can provide additional technical equipment such as fixed data lines, conference technology or special lighting - just ask us. On site for you With our on-site service, we will assist you during set up as well as during the event - whether you need additional special equipment, want to use our office service or would like tips on how to spend the evening. Safety Your safety and the safety of the visitors are especially important to us. For this reason, all of the employees at the trade fair hall are trained first aiders. We have first aid points and, if required, paramedics on site and we work according to the applicable work safety regulations and have our equipment and devices serviced and inspected regularly. Price & registration deadline Registration deadline The registration deadline for the event is 31st May 2014. After registration has officially closed, we start planning the stands and you are given a stand offer, i.e. your stand location. We then send you all of the important documents relating to the fair along with the invoice for stand hire. Basic stand services Many services are included for you in the basic stand price. Daily stand cleaning, general hall monitoring, waste collection, general energy costs and exhibitor passes are included. Complete stand The complete stand already includes many services for you. The stand walls, a 1KW plug including electricity consumption and up to 12 sqm 1 table and 4 chairs, up to 39 sqm 2 tables and 8 chairs, from 40 sqm 4 tables and 12 chairs are included. The price per square meter is 35.00 plus statutory VAT. The minimum stand size is 12 sqm; other stand sizes upon request. Depending on the type of stand, in addition to the price per square meter, additional costs of 10% for a corner stand, 15% for a front stand and 20% for an island stand are added. Stand equipment Our stand equipment is billed separately, depending on what you order. You can find the prices in the stand equipment order form which we have made available on the fair website or, if required, can send you by fax or post. If you order your stand equipment before the order deadline given and pay in time before the fair, you will receive a 10% discount off the prices listed there. Exhibitor entry The exhibitor entry is mandatory and covers a basic entry in the printed and online exhibitor directories. It costs 120.00 plus statutory VAT and is charged at the same time as the basic stand price. Advertising prices You will find the corresponding prices and important information about advertising methods, as well as templates and example pictures for the various advertising opportunities on the order forms in the fair documents which we send you with the stand hire invoice. exhibitorinformation 2014/2015 - Page 7

You have a choice between individual offers and/or comprehensive partner packages. Printed exhibitor directory The printed exhibitor directory with collection highlights is published approximately 4 weeks before the event. Around 2,000 specialist retailers receive the catalogue in advance by post. You can place an advertisement here, for example. Online exhibitor directory The exhibitor directory is published online several weeks before the fair. In addition to the free links to your e-mail and website addresses, you can also have your logo displayed here. Invitations Not only will you receive free stickers from us, you will also receive invitations which you can use to invite your customers. Special on-site advertising For all special advertising methods, we offer the option to bring or send us your own template. Alternatively, we are also happy to create your design according to your specifications, so that you do not have to worry about anything. Advertising monitor in the foyer Your advertising design will appear on one of our six monitors which are displayed in the foyer where additional important information for the visitors, such as hall plans and talks, is shown. If you book this, your design will be shown as a picture of your stand alternately with other exhibitors designs for a period of 30 seconds. Illuminated advertising column You have a whole new opportunity to draw attention to yourself with one of our illuminated advertising columns. Together with you, we will decide where to place the illuminated light column with your design on it. Poster frame There are four poster frames in DIN A0 format in central positions in the hall on every level. This is another place where a large version of your advertising design could reach even more fair visitors. Creative stand walls A simple way to make a standard stand more attractive. Have us print your stand walls. Whether you would like your logo printed on them or want a large-scale design, we will take care of it for you. Partner packages We provide tailor-made exhibitor partner packages. These include various advertising opportunities, e.g. advertising monitor, logo print in direct mail shots, etc, all for an attractive price. The number of packages is limited. K Kindermoden NORD Trade fair hall Our trade fair hall has around 4,000 square metres of space spread out over two floors which can be used flexibly. The foyer which is flooded with light, modern catering areas, plenty of toilet facilities and a fully equipped conference room add to our offer. In addition, the 450m2 convention centre and the outside area can be used individually. Alongside trade fairs, exhibitions, conventions and seminars, corporate events, car presentations, school balls and much more also take place at our location. Facilities We have good facilities and infrastructure covered. We have a wide range of standard equipment, modern audio technology, free WiFi, water and sewerage connections, air conditioning, a cloakroom and a disabled toilet. The possibilities of deliveries of up to 2.8 tonnes which can be made from the ground floor, even for the first floor, covered loading ramps for HGVs, three lifts which can hold up to 4 tonnes, transport vehicles, trucks and fork-lifts with drivers make it possible to set up and run the event smoothly.
