The 60 day comment period ended May 9 th and the Trade Regulations Branch (TRB) is: Reviewing all comments Discussing comments with appropriate federal agencies Obtaining concurrence from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of State Responding to all comments Ultimately TRB will issue and implement the Final Rule TARGET: Early Winter
