Company Projects Products CLIMBING SYSTEMS Pilosio s CLIMBING SYSTEM with mechanical handling enable vertical construction joints to be created in succession without the aid of scaffolding and combines with all the following formwork systems MINIMAG, P300, MAGNUM, MAGNIM PLUS, SVELT and MAXIMIX. The use of climbing systems ensures significant optimisation of time and resources: the solutions offered, in fact, enable the simultaneous handling of formwork and work levels firmly connected together. The Pilosio work phases progamm enables a high safety level of execution. Close collaboration between Pilosio and the designers, the construction firms, the safety managers and the operators allows finding the necessary parameters and details in order to identify the appropriate solution for each specific requirement. The Pilosio climbing support bracket system is divided into three main groups: standard climbing with fixed and sliding support leve climbing for single-face casting guided climbing work levels Vertical Formworks 349

Formworks_CLIMBING systems CLIMBING SYSTEM WITH FIXED SUPPORT LEVEL Suitable for a limited number of construction joints. It enables the vertical structures to be raised with the use of classic protective scaffolding. The system is with parapets and auxiliary service bridge. Dismantling and handling of the formwork wall independently of the support bracket. CLIMBING SYSTEM WITH SLIDING FLOOR Suitable for a high number of construction joints. The sliding system enables the formwork to be dismantled by moving it back from the line of the concrete wall and handling it together with the support bracket. CLIMBING SYSTEM FOR SINGLE-FACE CASTING System specifically for the construction of containment walls, largescale hydraulic operations and all those works where anchorage to common systems is not possible because of the large wall sections to be constructed. The system was devised in order to ensure the concrete casting load-bearing capacity by means of its own system of anchorage to the underlying structure. Through-holes are not present in this case. Climbing bracket system for walls can be combined with all Pilosio formwork. 350

Company Projects Products GUIDED CLIMBING SYSTEM Perfect in case of construction sites where wind action could make hoisting operations with a crane problematic. The vertical steel frames anchor the system to the d structure and ensure that hoisting by the crane is guided and anchored to the construction, including during the removal phase. A single pull is enough to safely and simply move the whole bracket. Depending on the expected wind speed, it is enough to simply widen the bracket. Company Projects Products RETAINING WALLS For the implementation of single-sided castings, Pilosio offers a series of CONTRAST BEAMS to be combined with all formwork systems: MINIMAG, P300, MAGNUM, SVELT and MAXIMIX. The range allows performing single-sided casting from 3 to 7.5 m in height. Formworks_SPECIAL APPLICATIONS ADJUSTABLE FORMWORKS FOR STAIRS PREFABRICATED ON SITE In large buildings the stairs are a repetitive element for all floors. By casting the flights a few weeks earlier than the slabs, it is possible to implement the stairs as the construction progresses. Pilosio has developed a special formwork for casting a flight on site which is cast on site during the other stages of work. This way, the stairs are immediately available and usable. Formwork for stair flight with fixed rise and tread. Vertical casting. The adjustable formwork is suitable for the horizontal implementation of stair flight with rise, tread, number of steps and adjustable width and with two landings. The formwork consists of a main frame on which the steps of devices for the adjustment by screw of the tread and rise, are placed. It is possible to reduce the number of steps and the width of the structure. Company Projects Products SEWAGE SYSTEMS AND CONDUITS ON SITE To save costs in the execution of sewage systems of any type of profile, Pilosio has developed a system for casting on site. The system can be of mechanical or hydraulic type and is based on a simple principle. The formwork of hinges lays on a cart. Once the casting of the sewer profile has been carried out, by acting on the contrast screw-down it is possible to shrink the formwork and at the same time to lower it to allow the forward motion of the entire system for the next casting. The sewer profile can have an ovoid, polycentric, vigentino, rectangular, square or circular shape. In polycentric, vigentine and ovoid sewers the dismantling can be performed daily because the profile acts like an arc. The vertical panel of formworks for DOWN excavations can be used as inside formwork, making sure to interpose a sheet of polystyrene and one of PVC between the casting and the shoring panel to facilitate the dismantling. Special formwork with hinges, with dimension of 220x220 cm and length of 6 m, designed for module, for the contemporary casting of vertical bearing walls and conduit room. During dismantling, the hinges allow changing the shape of the formwork approaching the vertical parts inward and lowering the top in order to move the entire structure under the other elements by using a cart on rails.
