Castrol Auto Service: Service & Win 2016 Campaign ESSENTIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. This Castrol Service & Win ( Prize Competition ) is open to Malaysian citizens, Malaysian Permanent Residents and Singaporeans. For the purposes of this Prize Competition, BP Castrol Lubricants (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. of Level 26, Axiata Tower, No. 9, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur has agreed to be appointed as promoter ( BPCLM ). ELIGIBILITY 2. All participants to the Prize Competition must be Malaysian citizen, Malaysian Permanent Resident and Singaporean Car Owners with a valid driving licence above 18 years of age as of 1 st October 2016. BPCLM reserves the right to verify the age of participants. PRIZE DETAILS 3. The grand prizes consist of Luxury watches ( Grand Prizes ). The weekly prizes consist of Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, Apple iphone 6S 16GB and Apple Macbook Air 11 inch ( Weekly Prizes ). There are also daily prizes of Castrol EDGE 5W-40 (4L) ( Daily Prizes ). The Grand Prizes, Weekly Prizes and Daily Prizes shall together be defined as the Prizes. Prize details are correct at the date of publication and BPCLM reserves the right to substitute any element of the Prizes with a prize of a similar nature or value without prior notice should the Prizes become unavailable for any reason. All prizes are not transferable, non refundable and non-exchangeable/ redeemable for cash, credit or rebate of any kind and do not include any accessories or items shown in any advertisements and/or promotional materials which are for photography purposes only. CHOOSING THE WINNER(S) 4. Entries for the Prize Competition must be received between 12.01am on 1 st October 2016 and 11.59pm on the 30 th November 2016 ( Entry Period ). Only fully and correctly completed entries received during the Entry Period will be accepted. BPCLM and its Affiliates will not be liable for late entries or entries sent but not received or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure

of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or telecommunication services provided by the respective Internet Service Provider [ISP] company and/or telecommunication network. 5. The Grand Prizes Prize Competition will be divided into 4 rounds, where each round takes place every 14 days except for Round 1 (16 days) and Round 4 (17 days). a) Round 1: 1st Oct 16th Oct 2016 b) Round 2: 17th Oct 30th Oct 2016 c) Round 3: 31st Oct 13th Nov 2016 d) Round 4: 14th Nov 30th Nov 2016 6. The Weekly Prizes Prize Competition will be divided into 8 rounds, where each round takes place every 7 days except for Round 1 (9 days) and Round 8 (10 Days). a) Round 1: 1st Oct 9th Oct 2016 b) Round 2: 10th Oct 16th Oct 2016 c) Round 3: 17th Oct 23rd Oct 2016 d) Round 4: 24th Oct 30th Oct 2016 e) Round 5: 31st Oct 6th Nov 2016 f) Round 6: 7th Nov 13th Nov 2016 g) Round 7: 14th Nov 20th Nov 2016 h) Round 8: 21st Nov 30th Nov 2016 7. The winners of the Prizes will be selected based on the following: Once the service details required for the loyalty programme that is POP Code, Workshop ID and car mileage if sent via Castrol Motorist App or CAS loyalty programme keyword, POP Code, Workshop ID, car mileage, vehicle number and new IC number if sent via SMS are received from a participant, one (1) creative based question will be sent out to the participant either via Castrol Motorist App or SMS. Participants using Castrol EDGE or MAGNATEC who reply with a creative answer either in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin that meets requirements via Castrol Motorist App or SMS will stand a chance to win the Weekly Prizes and Daily Prizes. Only participants using Castrol EDGE who reply with a creative answer either in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin that meets requirements via Castrol Motorist App or SMS will stand a chance to win the Grand Prizes.

8. At the end of each round, a total of 18 participants with the most creative answer that meets requirements will be selected. Answers will be chosen based on originality, creativity and appropriateness. i) Grand Prizes - In the course of the Grand Prizes Prize Competition, there will be only four (4) grand prize winners for the entire duration of the contest. At the end of each round, the most creative EDGE entry that meets requirements will be selected to compete for the grand prize. Rounds 1 & 2: The most creative EDGE entry from Round 1 will compete with the most creative EDGE entry from Round 2. From the two (2) entries, the most creative entry will win the grand prize. The runner-up will automatically be selected to win one of the two (2) weekly prizes in Round 2 if all criteria during the verification process is met. Rounds 3 & 4: The most creative EDGE entry from Round 3 will compete with the most creative EDGE entry from Round 4. From the two (2) entries, the most creative entry will win the grand prize. The runner-up will automatically be selected to win one of the two (2) weekly prizes in Round 4 if all criteria during the verification process is met. Rounds 5 & 6: The most creative EDGE entry from Round 5 will compete with the most creative EDGE entry from Round 6. From the two (2) entries, the most creative entry will win the grand prize. The runner-up will automatically be selected to win one of the two (2) weekly prizes in Round 6 if all criteria during the verification process is met. Rounds 7 & 8: The most creative EDGE entry from Round 7 will compete with the most creative EDGE entry from Round 8. From the two (2) entries, the most creative entry will win the grand prize. The runner-up will automatically be selected to win one of the two (2) weekly prizes in Round 8 if all criteria during the verification process is met. ii) Weekly Prizes - In the course of the Weekly Prizes Prize Competition, there will be only two (2) weekly prize winners per round. At the end of each round, the 2 nd and 3 rd most creative entries that meet requirements will win the weekly prizes. iii) Daily Prizes - In the course of the Daily Prizes Prize Competition held on a weekday, there will be only one (1) daily winner per day. In the course of the Daily Prizes Prize Competition held on weekends, there will be five (5) daily winners on Saturday and five (5) daily winners on Sunday. At the end of each round, the 4 th 18 th most creative entries that meet requirements will win the daily prizes.

9. Selected winners will be required to go through a verification process and will be contacted on their mobile number used to send the answer. In the event that a participant is not contactable within three (3) attempts, BPCLM reserves the right to disqualify his/her eligibility and the participant who, at BPCLM s discretion, provided the next most creative answer to the creative based question will be selected as a winner. HOW TO ENTER 10. To enter the Prize Competition, a participant must make an oil change using any of the following Castrol Passenger Car Oil products: a) Castrol EDGE 0W-40 (4L) b) Castrol EDGE 5W-40 (4L) c) Castrol EDGE 10W-60 (4L) d) Castrol MAGNATEC 10W-40 (4L) e) Castrol MAGNATEC STOP-START 10W-30 (4L) from any of the participating Castrol Auto Service outlets nationwide. In addition, participant must successfully sign up for the Castrol Auto Service (CAS) Loyalty Programme either via SMS or Castrol Motorist App. 11. Participant will have to follow the CAS Loyalty Programme standard step-by-step. A loyalty programme scratch card will be given to all participants upon purchase of participating products. This loyalty programme scratch card will have a valid six (6) alphanumeric POP (Proof-of-purchase) Code. Participation in the Prize Competition also requires a valid Workshop ID. This four (4) numeric Workshop ID can be obtained from the Castrol Auto Service where you have serviced your car. 12. Upon obtaining the POP Code and Workshop ID, you will need to send in your car service details either via Castrol Motorist App or SMS. If sent via Castrol Motorist App, you will need to include POP Code, Workshop ID and your car mileage. If sent via SMS, you will need to include the CAS loyalty programme keyword, POP Code, Workshop ID, your car mileage, your vehicle number and your new IC number. 13. Participants who purchased any of the participating Castrol EDGE and Castrol MAGNATEC products will receive one (1) creative based question via SMS or Castrol

Motorist App for 1 winning chance. Castrol EDGE participants with a valid POP code, Workshop ID, mileage, vehicle number and new IC number are entitled to stand a chance to win the Grand Prizes, Weekly Prizes and Daily Prizes. Castrol MAGNATEC participants with a valid POP code, Workshop ID, mileage, vehicle number and new IC number are entitled to stand a chance to win the Weekly Prizes and Daily Prizes. 14. Upon validating the Prize Competition entry, participants will receive a reply containing a creative based question and will be required to answer the question immediately by sending in the answer via Castrol Motorist App or sending a SMS to 33310. Example of reply with creative based question if via Castrol Motorist App: Join the Castrol Service & Win Contest now & stand a chance to win exciting prizes by answering: Castrol Auto Service is professional and trusted because (within 140 characters) I ve read and agreed to the T&C and PDPA of the Contest. Upon receiving the above reply, participants are required to key in their creative answer e.g. My car s in tip-top condition after every service and submit Example of reply with creative based question if via SMS: RM0.00 (Excl. T&C apply Upon receiving the above reply, participants are required to type CAS<space>SW<space> NRIC<space>ANSWER and SMS to 33310 E.g.: CAS SW 830407015531 My car s in tip-top condition after every service Upon sending the creative answer for the question, participants will receive a Thank You reply. 15. Each SMS costs RM0.30 and standard telecommunication charges apply. Participant using pre-paid line is reminded to have sufficient credit before participating in the Prize Competition.

16. Each POP (Proof-of-purchase) Code retrieved from the loyalty programme scratch card from the participating Castrol Auto Service outlet will entitle the participant to one (1) entry. It is the participant s sole responsibility to always ensure the POP (Proof-of-purchase) Code on the scratch card is not already scratched when it is provided at the participating Castrol Auto Service outlets. 17. Each participant can submit more than one (1) entry, but each winning contestant will be entitled to only one (1) prize throughout the duration of the campaign. 18. Use of Prizes provided by any third party shall be governed by the terms and conditions of any separate agreement with that third party. Subject to clause 21 below, BPCLM and its Affiliates assume no liability whatsoever in relation to any Prizes provided by third parties, even if BPCLM or its Affiliates have been advised of the possibility of such damages or can anticipate such damages. The Prizes must be used in accordance with all applicable health and safety standards and may be subject to height and weight restrictions. OTHER TERMS 19. BPCLM may withhold the Prizes if it considers in its absolute discretion that: the participant does not meet the eligibility criteria; is in breach of Essential Terms and Conditions; or has acted contrary to the requirement of good faith; is believed to have attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest by fraud, cheating or deception. BPCLM reserves the right to verify the validity of Eligible Entrants qualification at any time during or after the Contest Period, and reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Entrant (even a Prize Winner) from this Contest including the prize qualification if the details provided during verification process (over the telephone) do NOT match the details provided by the winner or who constitutes any misconduct for tampering or suspicion of tampering with the Contest without any notice. Failure of BPCLM to enforce any of its rights hereof does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 20. BPCLM reserves its absolute right and discretion to delete, remove, not consider or reject any entry that is deemed by it to be improper or offensive in whatever nature. Any entries that contain incorrect, vulgar, inappropriate answers will be disqualified from entry.

21. Nothing in either the Essential Terms and Conditions or the General Terms and Conditions shall be construed as limiting or excluding BPCLM s liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by BPCLM s negligence, or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded as a matter of law. 22. By entering into the Prize Competition, participants acknowledge that failure to comply with the Essential Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification. 23. By entering the Prize Competition, participants agree to allow their photos to be taken during the prize giving ceremony to be used for advertising and marketing purposes relating to the Prize Competition via print and/or digital platform(s) as deemed fit by BPCLM without further consent or payment when required. BPCLM and its Affiliates will not be liable for late entries or entries sent but not received or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or telecommunication services provided by the respective Internet Service Provider [ISP] company and/or telecommunication network. 5. The winners of the Prizes will be selected based on the following: Once the service details required for the loyalty programme that is POP Code, Workshop ID and car mileage if sent via Castrol Motorist App or CAS loyalty programme keyword, POP Code, Workshop ID, car mileage, vehicle number and new IC number if sent via SMS are received from a participant, one (1) creative based question will be sent out to the participant either via Castrol Motorist App or SMS. Participants using Castrol EDGE or MAGNATEC who reply with a creative answer either in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin that meets requirements via Castrol Motorist App or SMS will stand a chance to win the Weekly Prizes and Daily Prizes. Only participants using Castrol EDGE who reply with a creative answer either in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin that meets requirements via Castrol Motorist App or SMS will stand a chance to win the Grand Prizes. 8. At the end of each round, a total of 18 participants with the most creative answer that meets requirements will be selected. Answers will be chosen based on originality, creativity and appropriateness. i) Grand Prizes - In the course of the Grand Prizes Prize Competition, there will be only four (4) grand prize winners for the entire duration of the contest. At the end of each round, the most creative EDGE entry that meets requirements will be selected to compete for the grand prize. Rounds 1 & 2: The most creative EDGE entry from Round 1 will compete with the most creative EDGE entry from Round 2. From the two (2) entries, the most creative entry will win the grand prize. The runner-up will automatically be selected to win one of the two (2) weekly prizes in Round 2 if all criteria during the verification process is met. Rounds 3 & 4: The most creative EDGE entry from Round 3 will compete with the most creative EDGE entry from Round 4. From the two (2) entries, the most creative entry will win the grand prize. The runner-up will automatically be selected to win one of the two (2) weekly prizes in Round 4 if all criteria during the verification process is met. Rounds 7 & 8: The most creative EDGE entry from Round 7 will compete with the most creative EDGE entry from Round 8. From the two (2) entries, the most creative entry will win the grand prize. The runner-up will automatically be selected to win one of the two (2) weekly prizes in Round 8 if all criteria during the verification process is met. ii) Weekly Prizes - In the course of the Weekly Prizes Prize Competition, there will be only two (2) weekly prize winners per round. At the end of each round, the 2 nd and 3 rd most creative entries that meet requirements will win the weekly prizes. iii) Daily Prizes - In the course of the Daily Prizes Prize Competition held on a weekday, there will be only one (1) daily winner per day. In the course of the Daily Prizes Prize Competition held on weekends, there will be five (5) daily winners on Saturday and five (5) daily winners on Sunday. At the end of each round, the 4 th 18 th most creative entries that meet requirements will win the daily prizes. 9. Selected winners will be required to go through a verification process and will be contacted on their mobile number used to send the answer. In the event that a participant is not contactable within three (3) attempts, BPCLM reserves the right to disqualify his/her eligibility and the participant who, at BPCLM s discretion, provided the next most creative answer to the creative based question will be selected as a winner. HOW TO ENTER 10. To enter the Prize Competition, a participant must make an oil change using any of the following Castrol Passenger Car Oil products: a) Castrol EDGE 0W-40 (4L) b) Castrol EDGE 5W-40 (4L) c) Castrol EDGE 10W-60 (4L) d) Castrol MAGNATEC 10W-40 (4L) e) Castrol MAGNATEC STOP-START 10W-30 (4L) from any of the participating Castrol Auto Service outlets nationwide. In addition, participant must successfully sign up for the Castrol Auto Service (CAS) Loyalty Programme either via SMS or Castrol Motorist App.

11. Participant will have to follow the CAS Loyalty Programme standard step-by-step. A loyalty programme scratch card will be given to all participants upon purchase of participating products. This loyalty programme scratch card will have a valid six (6) alphanumeric POP (Proof-of-purchase) Code. Participation in the Prize Competition also requires a valid Workshop ID. This four (4) numeric Workshop ID can be obtained from the Castrol Auto Service where you have serviced your car. 12. Upon obtaining the POP Code and Workshop ID, you will need to send in your car service details either via Castrol Motorist App or SMS. If sent via Castrol Motorist App, you will need to include POP Code, Workshop ID and your car mileage. If sent via SMS, you will need to include the CAS loyalty programme keyword, POP Code, Workshop ID, your car mileage, your vehicle number and your new IC number. 13. Participants who purchased any of the participating Castrol EDGE and Castrol MAGNATEC products will receive one (1) creative based question via SMS or Castrol Motorist App for 1 winning chance. Castrol EDGE participants with a valid POP code, Workshop ID, mileage, vehicle number and new IC number are entitled to stand a chance to win the Grand Prizes, Weekly Prizes and Daily Prizes. Castrol MAGNATEC participants with a valid POP code, Workshop ID, mileage, vehicle number and new IC number are entitled to stand a chance to win the Weekly Prizes and Daily Prizes. 14. Upon validating the Prize Competition entry, participants will receive a reply containing a creative based question and will be required to answer the question immediately by sending in the answer via Castrol Motorist App or sending a SMS to 33310. Each SMS costs RM0.30 and standard telecommunication charges apply. Participant using pre-paid line is reminded to have sufficient credit before participating in the Prize Competition. 16. Each POP (Proof-of-purchase) Code retrieved from the loyalty programme scratch card from the participating Castrol Auto Service outlet will entitle the participant to one (1) entry. It is the participant s sole responsibility to always ensure the POP (Proof-of-purchase) Code on the scratch card is not already scratched when it is provided at the participating Castrol Auto Service outlets. 17. Each participant can submit more than one (1) entry, but each winning contestant will be entitled to only one (1) prize throughout the duration of the campaign. 18. By entering into the Prize Competition, participants acknowledge that failure to comply with these Terms will result in immediate disqualification. OTHER TERMS 19. The Prize(s), if won by a participant, must be taken as offered, may not be deferred, is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 20. BPCLM will notify the winners of the Prize Competition via the Call Centre immediately after BPCLM determines the winners. Following receipt of such notification from BPCLM, if a winner of the Prize Competition accepts the Prize awarded to them, they will receive the Prizes within 30 days of having communicated such acceptance to BPCLM. If the Prizes are

declined or unclaimed by a winner of the Prize Competition or if the winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied within 3 attempts, the Prizes will be forfeited. In such circumstances, BPCLM reserves the right to award the Prizes to another participant, selected in accordance with these Terms. Such winner will be notified by BPCLM in the same manner prescribed above. Neither BPCLM nor any Affiliate of BPCLM shall have any liability to a winner in the event that the winner is unable to take up their Prize. 21. Neither BPCLM nor any of its Affiliates will be liable if the Prizes or any parts of the Prizes do not reach the Prize winners for reasons beyond the control of BPCLM and/or its Affiliates or if the Prizes or any part of the Prizes is damaged or destroyed during delivery. 22. Prize winners may be required as a condition of winning and redeeming a prize, to submit a liability release and/or publicity release and/or any other applicable forms required by BPCLM, its Affiliates and/or any other authority. Failure to do so may result in the disqualification and forfeiture of the stated prize. 23. Neither BPCLM nor any Affiliate of BPCLM has any control over communications networks and shall not be responsible for entries lost in transmission, or received late due to high on-line traffic levels, for technical malfunction or otherwise. 24. BPCLM may withhold the Prizes if it considers in its absolute discretion that: the participant does not meet the eligibility criteria; is in breach of Essential Terms and Conditions; or has acted contrary to the requirement of good faith; is believed to have attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest by fraud, cheating or deception. BPCLM reserves the right to verify the validity of Eligible Entrants qualification at any time during or after the Contest Period, and reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Entrant (even a Prize Winner) from this Contest including the prize qualification if the details provided during verification process (over the telephone) do NOT match the details provided by the winner or who constitutes any misconduct for tampering or suspicion of tampering with the Contest without any notice. Failure of BPCLM to enforce any of its rights hereof does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

25. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as limiting or excluding BPCLM s liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by BPCLM s negligence, or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded as a matter of law. 26. Subject to clause 25, participation in the Prize Competition and subsequent use of the Prizes by the winners of the Prizes, is at the participant s own risk. The winners must follow any safety instructions given to them by any third party, BPCLM or its Affiliates while using any Prizes awarded to them in the Prize Competition. Subject to clause 25, neither BPCLM nor any of its Affiliates, directors, or employees will be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other costs, expenses (including legal expenses), losses or damages whatsoever of any kind arising out of or in connection with, (a) access to or use of the website or any information contained in it; (b) the Prize Competition, including, without limitation, any loss arising out of the participant not being eligible to enter or able to enter due to any technical malfunction or communication failure; or (c) the Prize, including, without limitation, in relation to the use or ownership of the Prize. 27. Use of Prizes provided by any third party shall be governed by the terms and conditions of any separate agreement with that third party. Subject to clause 25, BPCLM and its Affiliates assume no liability whatsoever in relation to any third party provided Prizes, even if BPCLM or its Affiliates have been advised of the possibility of such damages or can anticipate such damages. Third party provided Prizes must be used in accordance with all applicable safety standards and may be subject to height and weight restrictions. 28. Subject to clause 25 BPCLM does not accept responsibility for the acts and omissions of third parties. 29. Participants personal information will be used by BPCLM and its Affiliates for the purposes of administering the Prize Competition and notifying the winners and in accordance with The Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and BPCLM s privacy policy at: http://www.castrol.com/en_my/malaysia/promotions/castrol-loyalty-program-privacypolicy.html

30. BPCLM may, at its sole discretion and at any time, suspend or disqualify a participant, reject any application, amend the Terms or any of them, cancel the Prize Competition (either in whole or for residents of a specific country or territory) substitute the Prizes and/or withdraw the Prizes, by reason of any event of force majeure. Participants agree that no liability shall attach to BPCLM or any Affiliate of BPCLM as a result of an event of force majeure and that the exercise of such discretion by BPCLM shall not result in any compensation being payable or paid to any participant or other person. In these Terms, the expression event of force majeure shall mean any event affecting the performance of the Prize Competition or any provision of these Terms arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents, which are beyond the reasonable control of BPCLM and/or its Affiliates, including without limitation, any abnormally inclement weather, flood, lightning, storm, explosion, earthquake, subsidence, structural damage, epidemic or other natural physical disaster, failure or shortage of power supplies, war, military operations, riot, crowd disorder, strike, lockouts or other industrial action, terrorist action, civil commotion, by reason of any legislation, regulation, ruling or omissions (including failure to grant any necessary permissions) of any relevant government, court or any competent national or international authority. 31. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt by BPCLM. 32. Spammers of any BPCLM owned or branded website will be disqualified. 33. Should a selected winner be unable to confirm and authenticate his/her identity, he/she will be automatically disqualified. 35. Grand prize and weekly prize winners will be informed via telephone on the prize giving ceremony. Winners are encouraged to attend and collect the prizes personally. Proof of identity such as NRIC is required during prize collection by winners. However, should a winner be unable to collect the prize personally and decides to send a representative to

collect on his/her behalf, the winner is required to inform BPCLM in advance and the representative is required to present an authorisation letter and a photocopy of the winner s NRIC. The prize will only be handed to the winner/winner s representative once details have been verified and authenticated. The winner/winner s representative is required to sign an acknowledgement form as proof of receipt. Daily prize winners can collect their prizes from the respective CAS workshops where they serviced their car once they have received the letter from BPCLM informing them of their win which they will receive via post. However, prior to collection, the winner/winner s representative is required to inform the workshop via phone on the date and time of collection. In order for the workshop to release the daily prize to the winner, the winner is required to present the original copy of the letter and NRIC. However, should a winner be unable to collect the prize personally and decides to send a representative to collect on his/her behalf, the representative is required to present the original copy of the letter and a photocopy of the winner s NRIC. The prize will only be handed to the winner/winner s representative once details have been verified and authenticated. The winner/winner s representative is required to sign an acknowledgement form as proof of receipt. 36. By participating in this Prize Competition, the participants have agreed to adhere to BP Safety Policy and have agreed not to use mobile phones while operating his/her vehicles. 37. All transportation, SMS, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Prize Competition and Prize Redemption are the sole responsibility of the winner, and the winner must abide by the terms & conditions of the party arranging for the prizes and the terms & conditions attached to the prizes, if any. 38. The Judges for the Contest which include independent parties will be appointed and determined by BPCLM. 39. BPCLM reserves the right not to disclose to the public the winning answers received during the contest period without having to provide any reasons whatsoever. 40. In the event of any dispute with regards to the terms & conditions, conducts, results and all other matters relating to the Prize Competition, the decision of BPCLM shall be final and

no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. The judges decisions are final and binding. Prize Competition results are final and no correspondence will be entertained. 41. Any tax, which a participant may be required to pay under the laws of any relevant jurisdiction on any Prizes awarded pursuant to the Prize Promotion shall be the responsibility of that participant. 43. All trademarks, text, images, and logos relating to BPCLM or third parties involved in this Prize Promotion and used in relation to it, are the exclusive property of BPCLM or those third parties and participation in the Prize Competition does not confer any rights to a participant in or over or grant any right to use these. 44. If any of these Terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect. 45. These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Disputes arising out of or in connection with either the Prize Competition or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
