Name of Contest Redeem and Win Brief Description of Contest/ Programme Brief mechanism of Contest All registered BCard members are eligible to take part in the Redeem and Win Contest organized by BLoyalty Sdn Bhd. Members are required to redeem a minimum of 00 BPoints (full / partial) at any participating B Infinite merchants outlet or through B Infinite mobile app. Members are allowed to accumulate the total of BPoints redeemed during the campaign period. Total BPoints redemption amount made during the campaign period will be categorized into different category. Each category will have different prizes and each member is only allowed to enter category only, as per the accumulated BPoints redeemed during the stated period. Winners list will be announced two weeks after the contest month via B Infinite official Facebook page. 5. Eligibility Criteria 6. Ineligibility 9. Contest Period. Entry Procedure The contestants must adhere to the mechanism of the contest as may be briefed and communicated to the contestants by the Organiser during the contest period. Subject to other criteria set out below and in the Contest standard Terms and Conditions, the Contest is open to all registered BCard members nationwide from 7 March 207 till 30 April 207 Registered BCard members means a member that registered his/her details with BLoyalty Sdn Bhd as at the date of winner notification. Employees of Berjaya Group, Berjaya Subsidiaries, BLoyalty Sdn Bhd and their *immediate family members* *immediate family members means spouse, children, parents, brothers and sisters The contest shall be held from 7 March 207 till 30 April 207. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone or re-schedule the contest period or any of the dates thereof at its sole discretion.. Each member is only allowed to enter category only. * The redeemed BPoints accumulation can only be made with the same BCard account. Selection of Winners 4. Prize Winners will be chosen based on the redeemed BPoints in different category. The selection is based on random selection, after the campaign ends. If the deadline of the prize collection has passed, the prizes will be considered forfeited. 6. Notification of winners The Contest winners list will be announced and published by the Organizer after the contest month through the organizer s Facebook page ( and organizer s website ( * If the winners do not respond to the winner notification when required or answer the phone calls made, the prizes will be considered forfeited and a new winner will be selected 7. Point Issuance N/A 8. Additional Terms, if any. Eligible members may enter multiple entries in this Contest. However, each BCard member is only entitled to one prize. Any subsequent wins for this Contest, even if declared by the Organiser will be automatically void. 2. Contest winners must continue to be a registered BCard member until the fulfillment of prizes, failing which winners will be disqualified from the Contest - 3 -

4 and any prize won will be forfeited. 3. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item(s). 4. To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of prize collection and/or fulfillment 5. By participating in this Contest, the Eligible Participant expressly agrees and consents to: i. be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Organizers concerning this Contest; ii. grant to B Infinite and its authorized advertising or media agencies all consents and waivers necessary for Eligible Participant s name, likeness and particulars to be used for publicity, marketing and advertising purposes worldwide, without limitation and without compensation, in any manner whatsoever in any part of the world as B Infinite shall in its sole discretion deem fit; iii. allow B Infinite to disclose to any third party the Eligible Participant s personal data for any and all purposes in relation to this contest and any other related business activity; iv. Hold harmless and indemnify B Infinite from any loss or damage suffered during delivery of prizes. 6. The records of transactions maintained by B Infinite and the selection of Winners shall be final and conclusive. 7. B Infinite reserves the right to select new Winner(s) to substitute any Winner(s) who may be ineligible or disqualified for any reason whatsoever throughout the Contest Period. 8. B Infinite s decision on all matters relating to this Contest shall be final, conclusive and binding and it shall not be obliged to give any reasons or enter into any correspondence with any person(s) on any matter concerning this Contest. 9. The Winners shall not be entitled to any cash compensation, benefits or substitution in any form whatsoever in lieu of the Contests. 0. B Infinite shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever in the event of any complaint, dispute, damage or defect arising in respect of any of the Prizes. 3. These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising of this Contest. 4. B Infinite reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend or replace this Contest (or any part thereof) with or without any prior notice and shall not be liable for any claim or compensation in respect of such cancellation, termination, suspension or replacement. 5. The Basic Terms and the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively Terms and Conditions ) shall be binding on all contestants who participate in this Contest ( Contestants ). The definitions in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Basic Contest Terms and the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions, the Basic Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
