Incumbent: N/A Status: Full Time Reports To: State Manager NSW/ACT Direct Reports: Fundraising Coordinator ACT Key Relationships: Head of Fundraising National Partnerships Manager Major Gifts Manager National Campaigns and Community Fundraising Manager Location: ACT Purpose of the role: The Business Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and extending Camp Quality s revenue portfolio in a way that both grows sustainable, long term net revenue and increases engagement and reach amongst all stakeholder groups across the Southern NSW (SNSW) region. Reporting directly to the State Manager (NSW/ACT), this position will also be responsible for driving public, local government and business sector support and awareness of Camp Quality within the SNSW region. In conjunction with the State Manager, Head of Fundraising and National Revenue Stream Managers, the Business Relationship Manager will implement the organisation s revenue strategy within the SNSW region to deliver revenue growth and best practice outcomes for the organisation. Knowledge and Education Qualifications: Preferred: Qualifications in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline Experience & Knowledge: Preferred: A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a Business Development role Highly developed, broad, stakeholder engagement skills to successfully engage with corporate partners, high net worth individuals, government, community partners and organisations; negotiating agreements and maintaining long term relationships to meet organisational objectives Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Well-developed contacts within the Southern NSW region, particularly within the ACT High level of initiative: self-motivated with a strong work ethic Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail Success Profile Business Relationship Manager Page 1 of 5

KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY Contributing to Financial Sustainability and Revenue Growth Aligning with the National Fundraising Strategy, tailor and implement a revenue strategy specifically for the Southern NSW (SNSW) region Identify, assess and deliver on opportunities to extend and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our current revenue portfolio: o Community Fundraising o Corporate Partnerships o Local Government o Major Gifts o Events Analyse the marketplace and competitors within the SNSW region to identify new leads and relationship opportunities within the region to secure additional net income. Budget & Financial Management Lead the development of the local revenue budget, ensuring maximum return on Investment Manage revenue targets, operating budgets and staff requirements MEASURES OF SUCCESS Key Success Measures (KSMs) Financial Performance Net financial performance o Income o Expenses Safety and Compliance Fundraising (relevant state criteria) Risk assessments prior to event(s) commencement People Management Performance Reviews held Employee retention rate Up skilling team; succession planning Volunteer engagement Optimising Internal and External Relationships Work in collaboration with Senior Executive, National Fundraising and Communications teams to develop short and long term strategic growth plans to meet financial and organisational targets.
